4Hostile environment! Management is impolite. They are immature and very unprofessional. This place has so many stray cats! & The garbage cans are poorly kept.
The property management is completely rude. The two women team up to attack the residents. I saw and encounter they had with a fellow neighbor and they instigated the whole situation. Think twice before considering this place your home.
Lot of good people who live here and I met my fiancé here nice family oriented trailer park.
I have been here since 1999, I am now ready to move on and buy another home, this was once a great place to raise a family, now, not so much, no security, no rule enforcement, shady azz people coming in and out all hours of the night, half the tenants race in and out of the park acting like their autozone mufflers and sound systems on half dead cars need to be heard, seems to be alot of drug dealing going on now, if the management doesn't take control soon and start renting with higher standards and enforcing the rules this will soon be a no go zone for families.
