4Joe at Parts Authority was incredibly patient, kind, and courteous. He helped me locate the radiator I needed (which was a better quality manufacturer and at least $50 cheaper than inferior radiators at AutoZone, O’Reilly’s, Advanced Auto, etc.). He was actually locking up the door on his way out for the day, when he saw my husband and reopened the store so that we could purchase the radiator. And he gave us a reference to a great mobile mechanic that came out and immediately installed the radiator for a fraction of what every other shop in town quoted. I can’t say enough good things about Joe and Parts Authority. We are customers for life now. Thanks, Joe!
Where I get my car parts. Prices are reasonable and everyone is nice and polite.
