Party City, Redding CA

They have almost everything that you could need for a themed party. From Harry Potter to Marvel comics, they have many character items for any type of party. I appreciate that the themed items are not all labeled as birthday items and there is a variety of solid color choices as well.

The store is pretty crowded right now but that's ok because it's because they are setting up for Halloween! Nice employees and clean store.

New management! Real nice guy! Can't wait for the Halloween season this year the store should be much nicer and easier to navigate.

When my balloon lady doesn't have what I need then I come here. They have a lot to choose from.

Fabulous place. Wish I was a kid again, to get blown away by this store. Could spend all day there.

A must go to for dad's looking for costumes for the daddy daughter dance theme during the non Halloween season.

Sad and disappointed went to go find some items at the store in Redding did not have the items l was hoping to go to my go to in Anderson they are no longer open the store is closed I don't mean closed for the day I mean closed closed no longer exist how sad is that it's very sad when you can't find what you need in Redding

Fine party store with lots of supplies, decor, costumes, treats and other odds and ends for parties.

Went in tonight to find a costume for my daughter at the last minute, couldn't find it in the store but a guy stocking shelves offered to look in the back for us and found the one she needed. He saved the day! Very thankful that he was willing to go out of his way to help her.

I was quoted a price of $6 to fill my own balloons with helium over the phone. My husband went to get our balloons filled up and was charged $42. The man who answered the phone did not explain the different prices for different sizes. I called the Manager to discuss this problem and she would not try to remedy this issue in any way. She told me I should have came with my husband to get smaller balloons. I was having my daughter's wedding and could not be at party city. Terrible customer service.

Good store overall. Seems to have a lot of stuff and always changing with new items

The selection here is amazing. Although the website sometimes tells you something is available in store and it's not.

Very helpful so far they have always had or went out of there way to restock the items I have been looking for.

They did great with our balloons. We went early to pick them up and they had them all ready. The staff was really nice.

Party City in Redding is totally out of helium. I know there is a national shortage, but I got helium at Safeway. I don’t think that a Party Store should run out of helium. A lot of items are way over priced.

Party city is a cool store, I've really only been in there during the Halloween season. I know you can find just about anything you could need or just want to use to make your party a success.

An alright selection. I wasn't able to get everything for my granddaughter's Birthday Party but was able to get most of the ballons and party favors. Online had a better deals, Amazon, etc.

Store is apparently to small because just to put out Halloween items the had to put all if their wedding items in storage they told me. Also it was end of summer and still a prime time for weddings. We needed some last minute things for my daughter's wedding. We had to do without. We dont go there often because it seems a little expensive and not a good variety of items to choose from. Sorry
