U find anything u need for any event that your planning u will be surprised what u find I was looking for something for new years and my dog and they have it, great service

Great choices of balloons. The only bad experience was the employee not much of a friendly person, and their time frame to deliver is very approximative and not very helpful in some situations. We wanted our balloons delivered but their time frame was 2 hours from 3-5. We ask if we could get them more around 4 or 5 as we could not be at the place and the place was not free for us before 4 pm. It was not matching our booking conference room. We had to rent a van and get the balloons by ourselves. So flexibility to deliver to a special time is very limited and should be more adapted because over 60 balloons filled with helium are hard to keep outside waiting for the place to be available especially when it's raining.

I called and was put on hold for you over 10 minutes, so I decided to call with my other phone while on hold with the other. I asked if a product was in stock and was told “I think it’s in stock” I asked if they could check and they said no. I said okay thank you and hung up. No one ever got back to me on the call that was on hold and I needed up hanging up after 15 minutes.
I understand being busy but to not even offer to check if a product is in stock was extremely disappointing.

Lotsa party stuff, duh. Helium balloons seemed very popular. I bought purple lights to decorate the party that is my life.

This looks like a normal store.unless heaven forbid you have to use the restroom! It is the grossest restroom I've ever been in and all of my years.
There's graffiti all over the walls and I won't even go into the rest of the details. Peeing shouldn't be a traumatic experience. Totally nasty.

They didn't have materials in stock. Whatever you see is what we have. Horrible service from employees that didn't want to look in the storage.

This was the only place where i was able to find an elf ear hat and i looked everywhere, but every one was out of stock. I made my purchase curbside pick-up and they took less than a minute to bring it out when i got there. Also great friendly staff.

My visit here made me very sad. Not sure if they are being impacted by supply chain or low sales but there is barely anything here. The items they do have are stretched out to fill large areas and are extremely overpriced. The overall merchandising and energy here was just completely depressing. Did NOT feel like a party.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the store was out of one thing I wanted but they helped me figure out an alternative that worked great!

Cant speak for in-store experience, but the phone customer service was wack.
Called to ask about the product i was looking for. Ended up being on hold and being tossed around for 15 minutes and then they hung up. 15 mins of my life i will never get back ‍️

I love the atmosphere, The employees are nice and very helpful when you are looking for something in particular.

Yesterday I ordered a bunch of stuff for my son's birthday next week. This location was so helpful. I had ordered the balloons uninflated, and they confirmed, but answered my questions around how long the helium would last. They delivered to my door so fast, I answered and was 100% not expecting it to be the party supplies already. It's a chaotic, stressful time of year, but they had no problems and handled the order very well. They did a great job, and I really appreciate it.

Got afew things to wrap n stuff baskets for the elders baskets we're raffle off. They loved it. Lots of colorful paper bags

I asked one of the employees here for help while they were restocking. Didn't hesitate to drop what they were doing and walk me over to another aisle to help me find what I was looking for. I was offered help multiple times and the store was clean and organized. Just wish they had more cashiers on hand.

Variety of party supplies at HIGH PRICES. I found more for our Gender Reveal at the Dollar Store. They really stick it to you with the prices here. I would come here for unique Ballon options for sure but everything else can be found elsewhere for cheaper.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Assisted us with some balloons and even though it was only two, he still made it seem important.
