Great customer service! Do not like web site online, terrible customer service from online order. In the future I will only shop local stores. Folsom & Citrus Hgts we’re both very helpful with my grandsons 1bday party supplies. Including the return of some extra items not needed, issued re-Fund! Thank you folsom Party City!

I would give zero stars if possible. I went here to buy some party supplies. I waited at the only register with a light on for being open. The lady working today at 3: 30pm with short brown hair in tight bun, refused to help me. She started to ask other customers behind me if they needed to be checked out but looked at me and completely ignored me. She even went to open another unopened register to bypass me completely. It was extremely bizarre and unprofessional. I’ve never had an issue here until today. I’m not sure what the employee’s issue was, I never even spoke. I will never shop here again.

A very well stocked store, lots of Halloween stuff out due to the Season. Reasonable prices for your party supplies. If you need plates, napkins, cups and balloons to all match for your event, this is the place.

Do you need a place to shop for your Halloween decorations? Please go to the party city folsom. It has a lot of options on costumes. They do have costumes on clearance as well with good options. The staff is super helpful.

Selection was good. Long, chatty phone call that turned into a phone return, while I waited at the register. Understand short handed, just the lengthy do you know so and so went way to long, with someone waiting at counter

I went for balloons, and was met by helpful staff, even amidst their high-stress holiday time, "That's the last Halloween reservation! ". I left with a big bouquet of 13 balloons for my 13 yr old grandson!

Attentive customer service from the manager on shift 8/10/20 at 4pm. She helped with a return and purchase at a time when the other staff were not able to handle multiple customers and calls coming through. I am happy with my experience. Also, the selection and cleanliness/organization of this store far exceeds other Party City's I've visited recently. Good job!
