Party City, Fresno CA

1st time there for my Son & I and I really enjoyed the shop. Unique items all through the facility. I will return to Party works when the need arises. Thank you very much. Your employees are very kind and respectable.

Employee Luke has a stank attitude and didn't even want to help me with a item I needed!

It's ok staff is nice. It's a little crazy inside at times. Can be messy. They try very hard to help

One of the employees refused to leave us alone to shop in peace. Constantly inserting herself not only into our conversations but also our personal space. It was obvious she was making sure we were not stealing but following customers around is always in bad taste. If you're that worried about your products you should have more employees at hand. Then AFTER purchasing our item we were slyly informed that there were no refunds or exchanges on Halloween items. Full disclosure on returns or exchanges should always be upfront before the purchase. Also, there were items that did not have a price and when we asked the associate the price she said she didn't know and didn't bother to find out. Poor customer service which also means poor management. Overall a very low quality experience. Will not be back, will not recommend.

This has got to be the worst party city. Staff was incredibly rude and even if they give you a broken item they blame you completely and if you ask to speak to management they don't exist. Worst experience ever. Customer service is just as worse.

There were costumes. I had to get something originally wasn't looking for.there wasn't a huge selection like I've seen on past times
