I drove from Stockton to San Leandro this morning to pick up some party supplies that were not in stock closer to me. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened and crossed my fingers they would answer. Mike answered the phone and i asked if i could pick up early as i had to open my store in Stockton at 9. He pleasantly found the order and quickly sent an associate out with it. I made it back with 5 minutes to spare. Thanks so much for your help!

Was busy but the line moved quickly and the staff were polite and professional. They had everything we needed. The store was clean and well organized.

Purchased balloons for a company event. Spent almost $800. Let's begin with the per item charge to blow up latex balloons purchased at the store which was almost deflated by the time we received them. However, delivery was included. Now, let's discuss the delivery. DoorDash made 7 separate trips. And, in the end, half the order was missing. Now, Angel was the saving grace. With pictures and receipts in tow, he issued a refund for the missing balloons. That's why they're receiving two stars.

Somewhat disorganized and understaffed.the whole place gives a rather sketchy vibe, but it has whatever you’d need from a party city i guess…

I like the Balloon options but there customer service needs some reconstructing, not the best vibes from all staff especially a young boy who works there who got an attitude because I wanted to exchange an item I bought in store infront of them.just not the happiest shopping experience before a party.

We gave them 9 balloons that we bought elsewhere to inflate with helium. About $10 each. The next day they delivered them. One balloon was missing and one arrived partially inflated. The delivery guy said that when he brought to their attention that one balloon wasn't inflated properly, their response was: "Don't worry about it, just take it as is".
After we received the order we called the store and we spoke to a person who claimed to be the manager. When I described the situation his response was, that "if you bring your own balloons then you should expect that some may be damaged or lost".
Now, with such a response from a "manager" - would you still consider buying from them? I would rather go to another location instead.
I am expecting a partial refund of $40
