Was able to find none expensive cowboy hats for Western Day at school. And other party stuff so convenient didn't have to go to a bunch of different stores. The prices were really good and u got 15% off today if u texted a word and spent more then 30$ so it was a good day to shop at party city.love coming here!

Pretty weird staff. I barely had walked in today 5/25/23 and for some reason the light skinned worker with the gold chain was following me around the whole store the entire time I was there like I was going to steal something. I don’t know if my looks come off the wrong way or what but they made my time shopping there very uncomfortable as I was shopping for items for my nephews first birthday party. First off I was with my 2 year old daughter and had no intentions of not paying for anything. Everything I got in the cart I even paid for. Thank you for making my shopping experience there UNCOMFORTABLE.

Exceptionally clean. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not sure if he was a manager because he was on the floor working (if he is the manager they should probably hire someone else to blow up balloons) but Stephen is an amazing employee with fantastic customer service! Give him a raise.

They have plenty of decoration options, but at a high price, I would visit again but will consider other stores for a better deal

Great store but employee was today very rude incompetent and lazy when asked about an item, where to find it, first she didn't even listen what item i looked for secondly she still declined having it in store even and go bring it though i assured her 5 times that I checked online and this location has it in stock.wasted 10 min of my time with her laziness. Should have paid attention what a customer wants, then move from behind the desk to assisst instead of asking me to go online and find the pcr code so she can look it up on the computer.just really lazy and unhelpful employee. BTW i was the only customer the entire time in that store.and i guess i know why.who wants to shop at a place where the employee is super ignorant.i found my item regardless of her at the end but i was super close to leave without the item and very unsatisfied. I hope Party City takes care of this and changes that employee's behavior with customers.
