Party City, Menifee CA

I went in yesterday around 4pm to purchase balloons for my brothers birthday. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful with getting the balloons together before she clocked out to go home. Michelle was the one who put the helium into the balloons and when I noticed they had some gold and silver star balloons she said would you like to purchase them and I did and she blew them up as well. She was very polite and patient and even noticed that the two balloons were getting kinda flat and got new ones. I enjoyed my visit and my brother enjoyed his balloons and decorations.

In store. They are Following mask and social distancing which I appreciate. Knows their inventory. Very helpful

Store is well stock but not organized! Staff are always an their cell phones or goofing to each other. I think they just need to be trained.

The staff was super friendly, went to shop for my husband's 30th birthday. The products are a little over priced, otherwise it would've been 5 stars.

Just left. The woman that blew up our balloons was unprofessional. She was talking about my wife and I with her coworker. She had no clue what she was doing. And had an attitude the whole time.

Party city is exactly as it says, it has everything for parties of all types, graduation, football, masquerade, luau, you name it they have it and more! Why 4 stars? We came to buy balloons but they're out of helium. Not cool.

I love coming here is a relaxing friendly place and u find always good people and is always clean, they do have near parking place for disable persons

Not all costumes are in stock and really no other costume places to shop at in area. Good if you're shopping for party supplies but as for Halloween its below average.

There was a lot more of the items we would actually purchase this year. Normally we have to sift through all the random cheapy things to find the one random thing we want, this year it was hard to not buy a ton of things.

It was a very busy Saturday just before Halloween and I was ready for a long wait to get costumes. I was shockingly surprised at how organized and quickly we were helped!

Great customer service and support, it also has great costumes for all ages and the costumes fit very well.

Nice selection! Pricing needs to be worked on and lables more visible. Halloween every where. Staff was very friendly even under pressure of long lines. Very helpful as well!

I've shopped at party city for years for various events and holidays. This particular store is clean and well organized, staff are very friendly. This time I went to get some balloons for a party, only to be told they were out of helium. How does party city run out of helium? Everything else was good, but next time I'll be calling ahead to be sure.

They don't have enough help. Only one person running a register, so if the person in front of you wants balloons, you stand there waiting to check out.

The cashier was very nice. She went above and beyond to help me find the item I was looking for, and even though they were out of stock it was still very nice that she helped me.

Employee's are always friendly and greating custoners they are also happy to help you with ideas for party's and if you cant find what your looking for. This store is large and they have a lot of varieties to choose from. Always fun shopping here!

Something for everone, every occasion, and for parties on a budget. Highly recommend. Bulk cabdy and biggest balloon assortment.

Don't really have enough stuff to call it a party City! It's usually pretty barren and looks like Tissue
