Worst experience ever! Place was so dirty, dead bugs near the kid play area, and extremely rude customer service! Never taking my kids here again. Huge waste of money and experience.

Excellent price, pizza was good, different kind of entertainment, offer privacy, staff good, clean. The kids have fun.

This place is very very very gross. Honestly my kids just got sick after, i saw dead bugs by the children’s play area. And it’s horrible to see this. All in all, would never recommend taking your kids here.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! They do clean a lot but you can clearly see the grossness of how weak they clean. They just halfa*s it all. The workers are way too animated. They scare my children. All in all just annoying and gross.that’s the sad truth.

Wounderful indoor play area. Very large selection of stuff to play on for kids of vatious ages.

Unfortunately everyone entering the facility is forced to buy grip socks. Even if the parents aren’t playing and just sitting around.

We love this place! My kids have memberships and we go about 1-2 times a week. It’s well worth the price if looking for something to do when it’s cold/rainy or even dark out early during the winter months. My only complaint is nothing. To do with the facility but that so many parents leave their kids unattended and they can pick on younger kids. Stay with your child. I’ve also seen instances where a parent even drops of their kid and leaves them alone! So insane.

Great party experience as an attendee. Workers were efficient and kind. A few of the foam ball shooters were broken. That's the only negative. And there were not enough balls.

I have two daughters one is 4 years old and the other is a year and a half and they both love this place. I even get some exercise myself especially when I'm following my girls. And since I love to play basketball there is a place to shoot around here. But I think the most important reason to give this place five stars is the fact that they are only open 3 hours at a time too clean and disinfect the place. I have come here many times and will continue to come here in the future.

I'm on here because I've been to three birthday parties here at this location and so far it's a great atmosphere for children to play and to bring their friends to have fun on a birthday or any kind of celebration that I see people up front that greet you are very friendly they help you with what you need to do to get started and to point you to the right direction and where you have to go so if you're replying a birthday party this would be a great place we have two different play areas that you play in One is the first area where everybody meets up and then they put you into another area that has a lot of fun things for kids and the third thing is say bring you into a room where you have your little birthday party in so again this is a great place for kids!

Lots of fun when reserved for a private Party on the weekends.
They give you enough time to enjoy the whole place. And at the end of the day kids and adults go to sleep exhausted.

Best experience I had lots of fun I even met a really nice worker named Joshua he has curly hair and is 5.7 enyways I’m gunna apply to work here in 2 years

Haven't gone for a party but have gone for open jump and this place is super fun! Lots of things for kids to jump and bounce and climb. The little baby section could be more roped off since big kids kept coming in and getting in the way of my baby playing. I just wish open jump wasn't at certain times and that we could go anytime they are open. I have different schedules for my 2 kids due to their ages and it would help if we can go anytime like lots of other places are like Kids Empire.

We love playing here but they need to be aware of sick kids! I saw a kid with a runny nose just sitting in the ball area! Needless to say we’re got sick with a flu after going. You can also loose a little one quick in the dark warehouse playground area!

We went here for a friend's birthday and had such a good time that decided to have our daughters birthday here too. Establishment is clean and I personally witnessed the staff go through every possible corner disinfecting and cleaning. They have 2 play rooms. One with a gigantic bouncy ball pit slide, a double zip line bouncy house, and trampoline. There's a small area on the side for younger kids. The other room has a big play structure and a basketball and football bouncy structure. And also a separate area for younger ones. They have seating areas in both rooms. When we had our party, they let you play first in one room then move to the second room. And lastly to the party room where you can food and cake. We really had a great experience at this facility. All staff were attentive, polite and patient. Highly recommended for parties or open jump.

This place is our second time hosting a party here. It seems like it was remodeled and is 100x better than the last time when we were here. A lot of the parents and kids loved this place. It was so fun that the parents even broke a sweat joining in on the fun. If you are looking for a place to host a party, the staff is amiable, and the new rooms are top-notch.

Grandsons b day party it was great fun. But becareful they do not clean between parties. And balls could use cleaning. But it was a great time. No one got sick
