Service is excellent, the mechanic who worked on my bike was very knowledgeable and walked me through my bike when I went to pick it up.
Location is close to the freeway and had plenty of parking as well.

Pasadena Cyclery has always provided the best customer service each time I have gone into the store. Their service technicians and sales reps are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recently I had an issue with my Trek FX3 that was covered by Trek’s lifetime warranty. I took my old bike in (after putting 13,000+ miles on it) on a Wednesday and had my new bike on a Saturday. I can’t articulate enough how much I appreciate the help I received from Daniel and all the other Pasadena Cyclery staff. Trek and Pasadena Cyclery have a customer for life after all of the positive experiences I have had over the years. Thank you!

Great experience and bought a Trek Verve 3 after numerous test rides, all assisted by Rohan Suthar, hats off to him and Pasadena Cyclery for a great experience, extremely happy with my new bike.

I made an appointment for a tune up and they said they could do it same day. Then when i dropped it off they said, not same day but definitely by the next day. Then when i called the next day they acted surprised that i wanted to pick it up. I wanted to support a nice small business but they are incompetent and don't even seem to realize it, which is an elite level of incompetency.

We love this store. From sales to service the owner and employees are committed to standing by their product and ensuring the customer gets exactly what he or she needs. Highest recommendation.

Pasadena Cyclery is my “go to” neighborhood bicycle shop. They have a great stock of maintenance products for people who like to work on their own bikes, and for a bigger job that I don’t want to deal with, they have a great staff with knowledgeable and experienced mechanics, who get the job done right. I also really like their selection of bicycles and accessories. They even sell and service Bromptons!

Be aware the shop selling your personal information to other company. (Trek). Buy Brompton one time and have my personal information share with other company without your authorization.

I've had good experiences with Pasadena Cyclery over the years. I bought my first bike from them in the 90s, and then a new Trek Marlin recently. It's a great bike, and a bike is not something I would ever buy online. You have to try it to see if it works and feels right. And if anything should go wrong, they are right there to expertly fix and adjust it. Try doing that online.
