Dr. Khemician is a great doctor, always making sure that all of your questions are answered in addition to educating you on any issues you are dealing with. I’ve never had a bad experience with him. I could tell that they had some new staff and that person did a terrible job with me. My appointment was at 9am, I wasn’t called in until 9: 45am where she administered my field test & other glaucoma exams, then put me in a room where I waited to see Dr. K for another hour before I was seen. More training on managing who Dr. K sees which patient “next” needs to be done for improvement.

Great experience all around! Very friendly and professional! I look forward to them being my primary eye physician!

The staff at Pasadena Eye Medical Group is efficient while still being kind, quick and knowledgeable. Dr. Khemichian listens with interest and responds with information and examples. He even has an eye model where he demonstrates various problems and solutions. The whole appointment doesn't take long, but I always feel that I've been given time and attention as well as good treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yu for years and and now Dr. Pai also. I appreciate the care and attention. Also staff are friendly and responsive!

Dr. Yu was very kind - I had a problem and felt a little anxious. He explained things so easily that even I could understand! He did not act rushed but put his whole attention to what was going on with my case.

I was disappointed that the Person who did the first test had no experience dealing with a special needs person… And was going to give up on the test due to a lack of communication skills.

Extremely impressed with Dr. Yu and the diagnostic tools available at Pasadena Eye Medical Group. The ability to see photographic images of the back of the eye as part of the diagnosis of a problem is very useful for both the doctor and for the patient to understand their eye health.

Everyone in the office is helpful, kind, and informative. In addition, I have a friend who had a problem and they manage to see her promptly when she had a problem even though she wasn't a current patient
