This is Paseo Del Sol HOA's Main Rec Center (RecCenter1) and Office for HOA Business.
Facilities here are for residents and their guests only.
There's a small room that can be researved.
There's a small gym and restrooms.
Three pools, a large pool including lap lines, a small more private "Quiet Pool", and a kiddie pool.
Finally a newly resurfaced (2022) tennis court.
This is also the south end of a paseo that extends up to the northern RecCenter2, through shady tree lined greenbelts. The paseo park system also connects most of Paseo Del Sol HOA's many parks.
From here a short walk down shady Campanula Drive takes to to local shopping including many restaurants.
