Paseo Place Luxury Apartments, San Diego CA

My favorite part about living at Paseo Place the last two years was our maintenance man Rob. He has always been so helpful to me and my friends and fixed anything and everything we needed. He was not only a huge help but was also a friend to us. We will really miss him!

Paseo is a legit money scam however the maintenance man, Rob, is the best man you will ever meet. He knows what he is doing, is efficient, and never fails to make me smile. Hate Paseo but love Rob.

Best thing about Paseo place was the help from maintenance AKA Robert. So helpful and made everything so great about living there! Super attentive and made sure everything was fixed within a blink of an eye.

I liked how close Paseo was to campus and how almost all of the staff members knew the residents by first name. But my overall favorite part about living at Paseo was Rob, the maintenance man. I don’t know what we would have done without him. He was so helpful both years I was living there and always got things fixed as soon as possible. My apartment is really going to miss him!

Conveniently short walk to SDSU campus and great living space for students! Friendly staff and excellent maintenance crew that are always available when needed. Plenty of space in common areas and bedroom with great amenities such as in-unit washer & dryer and air conditioning!

I love living at Paseo Place. All staff members i have been in contact with are extremely nice and helpful, but Shaya has been exceptional. She is a large reason for me renewing my lease here at Paseo Place. She has excellent customer service by having a warm smile and kind words every time i come into the office. In addition, she knows anything you could possibly need to know about this complex. Any questions i had prior to signing my renewal, she answered with confidence and precision. I will continue to enjoy my stay here at Paseo Place as long as Shaya remains employed.

Paseo Place is a good environment for student apartments. They build a fun community by giving out free food, gift bags, and movie nights! The whole vibe of Paseo Place is great, and I enjoyed my apartments that I lived in. I've been here for two years and it's very close to school. I recommend living here for SDSU students!

I've lived here for two years now and I love it! It's perfect walking distance to campus, if you like leaving last minute like I do. The living room and kitchens and nice and big and the balconies area wonderful aspect. My roommates and I hang out there all the time. This complex creates a friendly environment by having a variety of events, involving everyone! I definitely recommend living here.

Cannot beat living here! Fantastic maintenance that shows up nearly on the hour of asking for it (also, free, no hourly charge), extremely friendly staff, attached to SDSU campus (which you pay a premium for, but well worth it), and modern appliances that work perfectly. Free wifi, cable, water, just gotta pay electric. I've lived here for two years now, by far my favorite place of living at SDSU.

The staff at the front desk are incredibly kind and helpful! The maintenance workers are the fastest I have ever seen. There are always fun events put on at the front office as well. It's really nice living here!

Paseo Place has everything you could dream of and more. The staff in the leasing office is always so on top of things and are very accomodating of your needs. They also have events every week where you can earn prizes or free food! On top of that, the maintenance guys fix issues literally within a day of sending in a request and they never cease to make you smile.

DONT SIGN THE LEASE! My "room" is literally a walk in closet with no Central AC. When I asked why I was in a closet, they referenced the lease and said "rooms can vary in size" and that they don't promise AC. Unbelievable! Im also sharing the closet with a roommate.

The units are really nice the staff is great! The maintenance guys are the best and are always on top of things. They always have events with free food too.

Great place to live. Apartments are well maintained. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Not to mention it's convenient location next to campus. Lived here for two years and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Paseo Place is a great apartment complex all around in all aspects. Safety is a big priority to my roomates and I and we always feel so safe living here. It is clean, close to campus, and surrounded with students my age. The paseo team including the maintenence and office staff are awesome as well.

Paseo Place has been the best apartment complex, the maintenance team is so helpful and will fix anything you have problems with in minutes. The leasing office is super helpful and they have great snack events all the time, LONG LIVE NATIONAL CHEESE BALL DAY! I highly recommend living here it has great amenities, it's luxurious yet affordable and so close to campus. Thanks for a great year Paseo!

Loved living here for 2 years. Safe, clean, and perfect location. The maintenance guy Robert is the BEST! He was always there when we needed him. Management staff are also really great. Loved them.

Do NOT live here. Dirty apartments, nothing gets fixed in a timely fashion, and they charge you ridiculous amounts of money when you leave. For example, charges of $80 to clean a tiny bathroom! It didn't matter that I took pictures to show how rundown and dirty the place was before I moved in. Horrible apartment complex - don't waste your money, find a better place to live!
