This is the second time I've used PRT and both times have been perfect. Professional staff, great communication, and timely turn around on repairs or diagnosis. I brought an old PC in to see if it could be sped up, and they didn't try to sell me snake oil - I appreciate when someone says that the product works as it should for it's age and doesn't try to upsell something unnecessary. I'll definitely use PRT for our other business or personal computer needs.
