Passport Health Rancho Bernardo Travel Clinic reviews
7It was so easy and quick! They had all the info on what I needed and didn’t and gave me tons of useful info for while I’m traveling!
All around awesome experience. Friendly, comprehensive, informative. If you're travelling and want to be sure you're getting great medical advice, this is the place to go.
Had a great experience. I only needed a new yellow fever card but she was very helpful with additional tips. To use their consultation services is expensive but you’re paying for convenience and “one stop shopping” to get everything done. I visited the San Diego location at 11650 Iberia Place.
Jessica was an encyclopedia of knowledge. So thorough and even though I need to return to receive vaccines I feel I'm in good hands.
I made a booking over the weekend, got additional details when the office open and learned the price was too expensive. I wanted to cancel the booking and cancelled it with 6 business hours. I wasn't entitled to a refund as the appointment was within 48 hours, despite me making a good faith effort to understand their policy and cancel the appointment as soon as I could.
When speaking with a CS agent, they had zero sympathy and was insistent this "was the policy" and "they are a for profit" company. When I asked about the cost of their Yellow Fever shots, they sent an email that it was $375 and over the phone said it was $394. When questioning their price, they said "vaccines were in short supply" and this is the price.
Costco is a way better alternative to passport health. Screening fees are $39 instead of $99 that Passport charges. Yellow fever vaccines are $230 instead of $394. Save yourself money and go elsewhere.
I came early and only waited a few minutes before being helped. Very easy and quick in-and-out for my booster shots. Convenient location and friendly, helpful staff.
