Their bolillos are the best in the OC. This is the only place that makes them like they do in Mexico (or at least from where my abuelito lived). Their pan dulce is also top tier. This place is CASH ONLY but I would advise walking in with at least 10 bucks to make sure you get to try most of their options.

There is a huge "ick" factor with this bakery. The parking lot is very sketchy and weird. The front door has a screen that is hanging on to the door frame by threads, if it is there to keep out flies it is a joke. The allover hygiene and ambiance is awful. The cashier is dour, unwelcoming.

The French bread in the morning the best like torta style bigoted or bolillo. Go around 8am still hot.

Best Mexican sweet bread! The uniqueness of this little bakery is that every day they make different kinds of sweet bread! Very few places like this one. The flavors are great and it will definitely you back in time! All the bread is fresh and extremely good. Beware this place is CASH ONLY so no cards no Electronic devices. They keep it old school and I like that. It's a hidden gem on the city and definitely worth the trip.

Authentic Mexican sweet bread… a few selections you don’t find at other bakeries… like cinnamon roscas (only available on the weekend). The jalapeño bread is so good too! Down side #cashonly

The bolios were warm and soft. We also got a few other pan dulce's that were so good. I'll be back.
