I had the best experience at Pastries & Flowers d’Bella! I planned my wedding within two weeks and though I was not frantic about the details I knew I wanted pink peonies. I called around to a few florists and they weren’t willing to work with me for needing so few flowers and also in need in such a short amount of time. However the owner of Pastries & Flowers d’Bella didn’t hesitate to help when I told her what I was looking for. She went above and beyond and got me pink peonies with some other greens ready to go in 2 days time.
I ended up using my bouquet as our main focal point decoration as well as my wedding bouquet. I couldn’t be happier with the all around service provided from this business and highly recommend them to anyone.

This Flower Shop is Simply AMAZING, first week moving to IB I found this beautiful flower shop and fell in love with it. I been here Soo many times, I order flowers every month and they are always amazing and Beautiful, Marcy is just amazing and caring, she pays Soo much attention to the flowers she makes for you and they come out gorgeous. I enjoy stopping by and buying a few of the loose roses and other various flowers for sale. There are always a beautiful variety of colors ranging from the standard to the different, but still beautiful. My wife loves them, every time!

I decided to order early for Valentines Day, and I could not have been happier! They were ready before 12: 00 and the bouquet was filled with a lovely variety perfect for the occasion! It came with a cute assortment of chocolate covered strawberries and a small bottle of something delicious for my wife to sip on.

I would have preferred to add zero stars but it was not available. Horrible customer service. They don’t deliver on time or answer their phone. DEFINITELY WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN!

Placed a same day delivery order and the owner made all attempts to deliver the cake. The owner was very pleasant and offered a refund after Covid messed up the delivery availability. The recipient recieved the cake and it was very beautiful. Will definitely order from her again!

I just came into town and wanted to get some flowers for my wife. Ran downstairs and this place was open. The florist was so sweet and helpful. Great prices and had the arrangement ready immediately. Lots of different arrangements to choose from.

Marcy treated my friend and I very well. She helped us out and played the music we requested on the spot. This place was awesome!

Very creative and artistic floral designs that had me enamored at first sight. Ms. Marcy has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met and her extensive knowledge couple with her eye for floral design will make me a repeat customer for life.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day 2021. They weren’t delivered. Now, the florist won’t even answer their phone. Very disappointing. I’ve had to put the credit card charge in dispute and order from another florist.

Everything from the arrangement to the delivery was exceptional. As my mother explained, "these are some of the highest quality flowers I've ever seen. "

Sadly, I will never order from here again. The arrangement delivered was late, small and not an equal substitute. I hope the owner learns from my review and will do better for the next person.

Here goes. On Monday May 5th, I ordered the "Garden Party" arrangement on the right for $49.99 and paid $15 for delivery on Saturday the 9th (after 9am), the day before Mother's Day. After placing my order, I emailed my mother-in-law to expect a delivery Saturday morning. On Saturday afternoon, I called her to see if she had received her gift. No, she had not. On Sunday afternoon, Mother's Day, I called again and she still hadn't received the flowers. I checked my credit card and as it had been charged, I started calling the store and then emailing as no one was answering the phones (worrisome). Finally, sometime after dark (and dinner) the arrangement below (at left) showed up. My mother-in-law sent me a picture of the arrangement. After I expressed my disappointment, I sent her a picture of what she was supposed to receive (so she didn't think I was cheap). After seeing this picture, she said what she received looked like a $10 arrangement from Vons in a mason jar (Yes, now I felt really bad).

Prior to writing this review, I reached out to the owner and expressed that I didn't get what I paid for. She responded that they have a substitution policy. If you read that policy, it states that the substituted flowers must be of equal or greater value. I leave it up for you to judge if the small arrangement (in scale and amount of flowers) on the left is of equal value to the large, beautiful "Garden Party" arrangement that I ordered on the right. Using the deep pink Gerber daisies for scale comparison is helpful. Sadly, I will never order from here again.

My aunt was looking around the area for a flower shop to make arrangements for her wedding. We found this shop and decided to check it out. Marcy was so sweet and made the most beautiful flower arrangements for my aunt’s wedding. I highly recommend you check her shop out. I will definitely be returning

By far the worst experience I have had with a flower shop. My mom and I live in different states as we we are a dual military household and have not spent mothers day with my mom for the last 11 years. This year I decided that I would support a local flower shop instead of ordering with an online flower delivery service. I ordered an arrangement using only my mom's favorite flower, calla lilies. I paid an extra delivery fee to be delivered on mothers day. It wasn't cheap but well worth the price I thought. Not only did the flowers not arrive on the day I scheduled the delivery but they delivered an arrangement half the price. The arrangement didn't even have one of my moms favorite flowers. I have tried contacting the flower shop to allow them the opportunity to make it right but they have not responded to any phone calls, text or emails I have sent. I will definitely never conduct business with this florist again.

My favorite flower shop! They always have a variety of arrangements and will make you anything you’re looking for if it’s not there already.so thankful I can send out Easter arrangements for my loved ones still during this time.

I ordered flowers for delivery from pastries & flowers d’bella for my mom’s birthday and she absolutely loved them! Great customer service! Definitely recommend if you’re looking to buy yourself or buy someone else some beautiful flowers!

Terrible! I live in Kansas and ordered flowers for my daughter who lives in Imperial Beach via their website on Saturday to be delivered on Valentine's Day. She never got them! I called during the day and got no answer. Called in the evening and spoke with Carmen. She couldn't find my order, so she took my name and number and said she'd check on it and call me back. She never called me back. So I called her, she explained that since I ordered online they have to verify my credit card and then the flowers will be delivered. She said they were made and in the refrigerator but was waiting on credit card authorization. I thought that was strange, but she said my daughter would for sure get them. She never got them! I called American Express to dispute the charges, but they never charged my card. What happened to my order? I order and send flowers quite often and have never had this happen. They lost a good customer. Don't use this florist.
