Thank you to Caralena for making my Mom's day! She came into the store to buy a jacket she'd had her eye on for a long time and had the best experience with Caralena's help finding just the right style and fit. You've got two customers for life now!

Easy FREE parking in the parking garage. Did a quick exchange no problems. Highly recommended if you're into outdoor clothing and gear. Would definitely return if I was in the area.

Incredible! My gray nano puff did not match the color of my skin, so I decided to acquire a black one. I made my initial purchase almost a year ago. I thus did not expect an exchange. The cashier suddenly advised me to think about exchanging if I have the original receipt. I'm pleased I did because there were no words used during the conversation. Everything about the trip was perfect. They have unquestionably earned my support and affection. Patagonia is for decades, not for seasons, as they so beautifully put it. Respect.

Really wonderful staff and customer service. Patagonia products cost mega money but their ironclad gear guarantee means anything you get is a true BIFL purchase. It’s a real investment for me, so I was relieved when I returned a jacket that wasn’t performing as advertised and had a hassle-free exchange. Staff here are enormously helpful. I’d always recommend this store and gear if it’s in your price range.

Incredible! I went to buy a black nano puff bcoz my gray one did not go went with my skin tone. My original purchase was nearly one year back. So, I did not hope for an exchange. I was spontaneously guided by the gentleman in the pos to consider exchange if I have the original receipt. I am glad I did and the exchange was made without a single word. The entire experience was impeccable. They have surely won my loyalty and goodwill. They aptly say Patagonia is for decades not for seasons! Respect.

Terrific store, amazing products, fantastic staff! I ️ Patagonia and especially its recent commitment to give away all its profits. They sell high-quality outdoor gear made with sustainability in mind and demonstrate incredible corporate ethics as one of the strongest mission-driven businesses in the world. They support dialogue on critical social issues like environmental justice, democracy, and mental health. A $ spent here is a vote for a new model of capitalism.

I think they are told to be very cheery. It was aggressive and I didn't like it. Now that i know my size for them i will order from their online store.

Store was nice inside, but didn’t have extensive collection of kids items. Would be nicer if they did. Overall friendly staff though.

This location is consistently wonderful — I’ve come back multiple times for shopping and returns, and the folks here somehow always manage to make everything comfortable, easy, straightforward, and fun! I’d specifically love to shout-out Carolina, who helped me with a return made in somewhat complicated circumstances. Carolina was so efficient yet friendly at the same time (even though there was a long line that day!). Thanks for being so kind and communicative, Carolina! You really make this store shine!

One of the only Patagonia stores in the area. Much more complete selection than most stores. I always drop by when I'm in the area.

Great location for shopping and hanging out with friends. Staffs were very nice. I bought two vests to dodge winter cold.

Great place to shop. The Lady's and Gentlemen that work there are top notch they know there product, there full of info. Stop by and pick their brains very nice people.

Unbelievable customer service. They even managed to rustle up two black hole bags in a color they don't normally carry. All this was done minutes before store closing. Fantastic attitude from the whole crew. Yvon would have been proud had he been there. This simply reinforces my love of the brand, which started over 35 years ago with a pair of baggy short seconds.
