Excellent customer service, great employees and awesome doctor! Best eye exam I’ve ever had to be honest. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Bad business.
The majority of customers are coming in for an eye exam specifically to obtain a prescription for lenses. Hiding eye imaging within the exam and then charging customers for it without telling them or asking them if they’d like that service is bad business and predatory.
I’m sure there is a monitory of customers who would choose to buy this service but we know damn well most people just want the prescription and your office (or perhaps all of LensCrafters) is using this practice to extort more money from customers. Stop doing that.

Efficient, complete and a great value. Staff was knowledgeable and had access to all my prior information including prescription and history, making it easy to dial in any changes.

Very informative. Professional. Had answers to all of my questions. Really knows what she is talking about. A great new prescription and very fast exam. I will definitely be returning next time I need an exam.

Excellent service over here during a business work day. I had to reschedule my eye exam a few times then I had to wait stand by. The staff was positive and made efforts to help everyone equally.treating each individual’s experience with the highest degree of importance.

The appointment was fine but when looking for a frame for my son No help whatsoever. We had benefits we could have used but we just went somewhere else for the frames.

Great experience from all staff and. Dr Patel. Very thorough testing both from doctor and assistant medical staff. Attentive help finding the right lens and frame for my specialized needs.

I took a day off from work to make this appointment, 3/01/23. When I got there I was informed that my insurance won’t cover my visit until April. So, When I talked to someone on Monday before my appointment they should have told me this and I would have scheduled the appointment in April. Now I lost a days work (400.00) and I still have to make an appointment. They told me they tried to call but the number they had wasn’t the correct number. Again, the person I talked to on Monday should have asked if all my information was correct plus they could have emailed me also. I’m extremely not satisfied with Lens Crafter and how the conduct business.

I needed glasses, was given next day appointment. Visit included eye exam, purchase of glasses. Excellent service, complete info given. Everyone very courteous and attentive. I am very happy!

I make a 45 mintues drive to come to your office. I feel like you are the best place to go to get my eyes examined.

Only went in for an eye exam and the equipment was excellent. The Dr.answerd all of my questions because this was my first eye exam in years, have never worn glasses and have never had an exam this in-depth. I would of given 5 stars, but did not due to pricing. Still an excellent place to get an exam and this is where I will always get my exams now, but will probably shop elsewhere for my needs.

Dr. Patel was kind, competent, and compassionate. I appreciated her being thorough and explaining the process in simple words.

I ran out of contacts and realized it had been a year since my last visit. Dr Cindy Lam was able to fit me in.
Staff was kind and accommodating.
Dr Lam is amazing. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and detail oriented.

I did not buy any classes or contacts. I only had a visit with the optometrist.

Dr Lam & Maryam were excellent and extremely helpful. I appreciate them taking the time to get my prescription dialed in perfect. The rest of the staff was very kind and super helpful as well. I’m very grateful that they took the frames I had brought in and were able to fill the prescription in them.
Looking forward to buying a new pair of glasses in the future.

The staff was very friendly. The optometrist explained everything to me about my exam. She was very thoural. Asked several times if I had any questions. Told me what to expect in the future. I'm very satisfied with my visit.

At the Galleria in Roseville, CA my experience was exceptional. Andrew was beyond helpful and I was very pleased with the entire experience there. Had an exam and got new glasses. I’ll be back in the future! Costco and Warby Parker were both terrible experiences for eyewear! Loved LensCrafters!

All good with exception could not find my insurance details, instead of just Looking at Cigna should have looked for Cigna Global
