7I went to the branch to close my accounts and they left my plus checking account open so now I have to pay for alot of months for plus checking plus overdraft fees when my accounts should of been closed
Patelco has been amazing and this branch in particular is one of the best.
Yaveth has been helping me with a membership and he went above and beyond to address all of the issues. Although I didn't realize at the time, he had to postpone his lunch break because the process took a long time. Robert who is the branch manager is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. While waiting I also observed that the other staffs are very helpful to all the clients that coming in the branch. I definitely recommend patelco and this particular branch.
This bank is quick and easy barley ever have to wait in line. The staff are helpful and I always feel welcome. Been with them for a few years and never had any issues.
Reached out about needing information about a home loan and was scheduled an appointment. When we got to our appointment it turns out the person we had our appointment with was not even there and we had to reach her via email. Jennifer I believe her name was from the one on story and king emailed me asking paper work already. I replied with questions and til this day she has not responded back. Horrible customer service! Never going back again.
Absolutely love these guys! The teller was nice, the manager was a cool guy, and they make sure everyone is safe inside by semi-locking the doors if/when the bank is full!
This bank uses old tactics to charge overdraft fees like not updating your online balance for 4 days making you think you have available funds. Never, ever, ever answering their phone, you will wait for hours before they answer your call. I haven't had a return check in over 20 years but I've had 2 in the first 3 months with this bank. Today it took 42 minutes for them to answer the phone. This bank is living in the 80s. Even their Zelle service takes 24 hours.
