Do not trust this business - they do not honor their word. We had a terrible experience. We met with the owner Bob and placed an order in February for some custom awnings. He told us our work would be completed in one week. Each time we tried to contact him to find out when they would be ready, he lied or did not return our call. Ultimately we showed up at his business the first week of July - only to find out he had not even started our job, and said he regretted ever agreeing to do it.

These guys have very high-quality furniture and are professionals. My last patio set lasted seven years and held up great. Additionally, they are just super nice people. Highly recommend!

I’ve purchased a set of patio furniture includes a nice fire fit on 10/17/2020, me and my friend were there together, we were told the furniture will be delivered in 4-5 weeks, cashier name is Grace, then we wait and wait, they never deliver the product, now it’s 2021, I still never get my furnitures. What’s worse is, no follow through service from them, they never call you or contact you to confirm the delivery date.

I’ve made effort contacted the owner, he told me it’s normal to wait that long for that type of customized furniture, I DON NOT think it’s customized one, I only changed the color, I didn’t design the style, change the materials. Back and forth, he agreed on give me two pillows as delay apology gift. I drove there to pick the pillows, the shop is closed for family emergency, gosh, waste my time again.

Paying almost $8000 patio furniture, have to wait three months? It’s ridiculous! I was expecting 14-30 days delivery. Don’t be rip off by this company. Please be alert

We just got our outdoor sofa set furniture through them from Ratana. They came out really beautiful. During the whole process of picking the style of sofa to picking the color and material of the fabric, we got great help from Steve. Steve was very patient, professional and very helpful. The furniture and rug came on time the day everything was promised. We highly recommend this place. By the way, they have a really good choice of furnitures and great pricing too.
