Patio Playhouse Community Theatre reviews
5A fantastic little theater in the heart of Escondido that has a wide range of productions. They also host a Improv comedy workshop that puts on showcases throughout the year.
Want to see fun plays, musicals, and improv theater while supporting your local community? Well then the Patio Playhouse Community Theater is where you need to go! This outstanding group of talented and dedicated people have been teaching and encouraging kids and putting on quality shows for over 50 years. Every time I go I leave feeling not only entertained, but with that good feeling inside knowing I was able to support such an amazing place and such a hard-working group of people. For less than the price of a dinner out you can become a member and do your part to keep the creative arts alive and thriving by supporting your non-profit community theater; and you’ll get your name in the program! Go to their web-site, check out their upcoming shows, and join now; I’ll see you there
Awesome little theater. I've been in the theater most of my life. But my wife has only been exposed to large production theater. This was her first exposure to small community theater. I think she really enjoyed it. The staff is very warm and accommodating. The theater was cozy. Not a bad seat in the house. They brought a table of food and goodies out after the plane. I didn't know if that was for the audience or for the cast. But the cookies really looks good I had to return a glass to the restaurant next door so we didn't stick around. I may have missed out
As the audience, in a intimate location, you feel your a part of the ptoduction.
Had a great time here. Just a good ol fashion play. Thank you to all of the people who put it on. Keep up the hard work. People of Escondido and the surrounding area, come see the different plays here. Bring your friends support the arts. Til I return back from Georgia, Ya'll take care. Ken Truxal
