5 Very bad service and horrible attitude for costumer service. Avoid this place.
I bought $10k dollars worth of patio furniture from this place. This was in February. They told me that it could take a bit longer than usual to deliver the items, when I asked how much they said "probably end of march".
The sales people treat you very well until they convince you to buy but then they leave you hanging alone.
Among other things we bought a sofa set: A large 2/3 people section, a small corner, side chair and ottoman. They delivered the small corner and the ottoman in march, completely useless without the rest of the sofa.
I'm writing this review in June, that's 4 months after we payed for the patio furniture. We still don't have the rest of the sofa. It's almost summer now, days are sunny and I have NO PLACE TO SIT in my backyard.
What is worse, when I said that I didn't want to wait anymore and wanted to send back the corner piece I got so I could go buy another sofa somewhere else, they said that they would not take it back because their policy is only 24hr return. So what they do is deliver some random piece of furniture to lock you in with the rest and won't let you cancel the order no matter how long they take.
See attached picture for the corner piece that was delivered instead of the whole thing (1 small corner piece, one large piece + extra chair).
All of my interactions where with Richard. Whom I called SEVERAL times over the past few weeks, half of those calls ended up with "we'll call you back when we get more information" and they never called back.
Horrible place, horrible return policy, horrible customer support.
Buy your patio furniture somewhere else.
Beautiful store and extremely comfortable furniture. Worth every penny and the manager Richard is awesome. He is extremely patient, knows the merchandise and understands customer service
We ordered over $4500 worth of outdoor dining furniture. The sales manager, Richard, informed me that the table and 2 chairs were available; however, the 4 side chairs were on order. That was in early May. We're still waiting for the side chairs. I called to inquire and he has no information on the backorder status. Customer service 101.
Good selection.
Very pricey.
Sales team needs work on customer service attitude.
I went in talk to a guy then left came back an hour later he had no idea who i was
Came back to two days later to pick up my order he had no clue who i was or what my order was.
They were NOT that busy Any of the 6 times ive been in there.
