Patrea was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. My 2022 Mercedes GLE 350 was in the dealership literally every 2 weeks. A small issue came up after my case was closed, at no fault of Ms. Bullock, but she helped me straighten up my issue and I received the remaining money Ford owed me. Ms. Bullock went above and beyond in helping me, even though she did not have to. Thank you again for the excellent service!
