Terrible customer service ever! First I called thereat 1 pm and the person told me that he is busy to added my info for the Patrisia’s appointment.and I have to call him back in 5 hours! I called back at 5 pm and he told that he is eating right now and can’t added my info, when he will be finished he will call me back. Then 20 mins later he called me back, I started gave him my info, name, phone so he asked me for my email and I said please use my phone number instead, on what he said u know, I just tired with u, u can have a good day I am not gonna add u to the appointment! Am I called to the lawyer office or in to the daily? !

Well this law firm got me with $3000+ and didnt help me at all when she took my case I think she was suspended I have to see my receipts another thing she try putting us with some other attorney that she hire while been suspended. After month we never heard from them then they use a notary as to take my wife case and we explained to her that we paid $3000+ and she tells me she needs $1000 more wow. I do hope they read this and to help people out they only take easy cases like daca or if your son is in the military. I'm a U. S. Citizen and couldnt helped my wife. I'm gonna really see if I could get me a small claim lawyer. So he could tell me if I have a case.
