In the last 20 years, Patricia has helped me buy two homes and sell one. She helped my brother buy his home and she has helped many of our friends buy and sell properties as well. We are currently in the process of buying another home with her. I wouldn't want anyone else alongside me on the home buying (or selling) journey. When I was young and looking for my first home, I worked with an agent who made me feel bad about how little I had to spend and showed me awful, rundown places near freeways. Patricia never made me feel bad about how much I had and never pressured me to settle on something. She showed me place after place until we found just the right thing. When we found a place that was right, she knew it and encouraged me to stick around and meet the owners. We hit it off and our rapport was the reason they accepted my offer over the others. She really wants what is best for her clients and it shows in everything she does.
