3 He is not a good neurosurgeon he ruin my

I have had 4 and 11 lumbar surgeries. Dr. Hseih performed 4 level laminectomy and fusion on cervical spine December 14,2020. I was without pain in 3.5 weeks. Yes, he is not demonstrative, but he has a Golden brain and golden hands! It is now April, 2021 and I am still painless. Never had results like this. He was recommended by fellow surgeon who was head of another department at Keck USC Medical Center. Surgeons know other surgeons I would give him a10 if I could!
He did not help or impress me at all.he already had made up his mind before entering my room based on looking at some imaging studies and said operating on me doesn't help me.i had to ask him to have a physical exam on me.he did a 2 minute exam.he said my condition was rare and i had to go to a big neurology center but did not even bother to put a referral for me or give me a referral letter.he looked upset from the second he walked in the room. Showed no kindness or empathy for a patient who has been suffering from a problem that had made him miserable and a bedbound.in general he was unprofessional, had terrible attitude, arrogant and negligent by not doing a proper physical exam and sending me out without putting a referral for me.basically he left me in the middle of nowhere.he could be an excellent surgeon but it was such a shame for a doctor to treat a patient like that!
his staff on the other hand were very nice and professional.
