This office has been a life saver for me. From my first little bumper-tap-fender-bender when I was 18 years old, to a pipe explosion/remediation in my kitchen when I was 30, they have been there for me every step of the way. They are always friendly and accommodating, and they always try their best to do what's right for me as the customer. I know that Patrick and his team truly have my back, and that they aren't just in it for the money. I have been with this office since 2007, and I couldn't imagine having anyone else oversee my insurance needs. You won't be disappointed with Patrick and his team. I PROMISE. ️

I don't give 5 star reviews unless a business has went far and above what would be expected. Well, Patrick Salazar's business is one that has done just that. I am writing this review after terminating an auto policy that my mother had with Patricks office for probably close to 60 years. Mom no longer drives so we had to cancel. We have however kept a homeowners policy with them. Thru the years we have had a few accidents and the personal service and attention to detail we received could have not been better.

Cancelling moms policy was biittersweet. I felt like I was losing a connection with a long time friend. Lisa, who works at the office has been my connection for a good many years. Lisa has helped after moms fender benders often reaching out just to see how progress is going on a repair or to make sure my mom is doing well. Lisa would call if she could find us a better rate on our policy of if she could tell if a rate change might be coming in the future. I mean what kind of business does that these days? Seriously, For all of your insurance needs you could not be in better hands than working with Patrick Salazar's office. They will treat you like family.

Refreshing as well as welcoming! As soon as I went in, I was warmly greeted in what felt like an environment I'd feel comfortable taking my family to. Jake from State Farm wasn't kidding around when he said he's got my back, as they communicate incredibly well to respond to any of my needs. It's no wonder why my family has chosen State Farm for many years and here's to many more to come!

My primary point of contact is Ms. Lisa Salazar and is always very helpful and available to answer any questions/concerns I may have. I have been working directly with her as a customer for over 5 years and have never been let down. With the complexity of my accounts, it is great to have one primary person to help me keep everything organized and find me the best deal possible. And in the rare case she isn't working on the days I need something, the rest of the staff are very helpful as well.

My parents have been with Patrick for over 20+ years. They have always been so happy with the service. In a world where everything is automated, it is wonderful to dial Patrick's number and get a live person on the phone!
