If your looking for macanics who are professional and do excellent work, Pat's is where you want to go, my Farrester is running like a jewel now, I'm all set for the winter, I'm so glad I found them.

I had brought my vehicle to a couple of other service stations and hadn't received a reasonable explanation for the random rattling sound I was hearing. Pat's inspected my vehicle and determined that there was a defective part and also made recommendation on how to fix. Thanks Pat's. I will be a repeat customer.

I've been going here for years and years with a 1996 Isuzu, and always got great, honest service. Recently, my transmission crapped out, and rather than rebuild it themselves, which would be pretty pricy, Pat recommended a transmission specialist who could do it cheaper. They did, and my old heap is still going, and I go back to Pat's for regular service.

I am a mechanical engineer who works on his own vehicles when time permits. I have found very few mechanics over the years who I trust my vehicles with. Pat's Garage is the best I have found to date. I am comfortable and confident about leaving my vehicles there to have a multitude of tasks completed by them in a timely and professional way. I recommend them highly.

Even though I did not get my vehicle serviced here (Subaru America picked up 75% of the bill) the people I spoke with on the phone were knowledgeable and awesome. My next maintenance will be here for sure.

I hope they are better at fixing cars than they are at lying.

First, they tried to pressure me not to use insurance by telling me that waiting for the insurance guy would "hold up production", and bring their business to a halt. I explained that I did not want to cause trouble and would take the car elsewhere. Suddenly, this auto repair business remembered how to move cars around and told me it would be okay.

Second, the insurance adjuster discovered that they had overcharged me about 20% (~$1500 vs ~$1200).

Third, apparently bitter about being paid merely the market rate, they called me after the repair was done to say that the part was more money than was stated in the estimate that they agreed to just two days earlier, and asked for an extra $50. A quick Google search showed that they were lying. Moreover, how could they not have known the price of a common part at estimate time?

Do you guys treat all your customers this way, or just the ones you don't respect? They had many chances to act with integrity and decided not to. I hope that trying to squeeze me for that extra fifty bucks was worth it!

Pats Garage has been great! I had to find a Hyundai repair/maintenance auto shop, since the Serramonte Hyundai dealership went out of business. I've taken both my 2018 Santa Fe in two times for a scheduled maintenance and my 2013 Elantra in for maintenance. Both times I have been extremely happy with service and fees charged. Forrest is very responsive returning calls. The no contact drop off is so easy. Location on and off 280 is great too! I live in Pacifica and I'm there in 20 minutes. I will continue to have them service my automobile's!
