Patys Barbershop, Chula Vista CA

My son has gotten his hair cut at this place before and was charged as stated in their price list $15, today he went for another hair cut and when it was done the lady charged him $45, he argued that is not the price that is listed on the list as it says $15, the lady who attended him argued that she simply decided that was her fee because his hair is long, which I find ridiculous since that is what you go to the barbershop for, eitherway if she was going to ask for more than what is advertised she should have made that clear before cutting his hair and not after, my son ended up paying $40 simply because she wouldnt drop the argument, this is absolutely false advertisement and just bad business, I am requesting management here to refund my son $25, I also suggest as part of doing good business making it clear on your price lists or with your customers PRIOR to service, if your fees will change from what is stated.

Paty is really awesome. She listens to the type of haircut you like and does just that. I have been having issues with bumps when getting a fade. I explained that to paty. She knew what to do. It's been 3 weeks and I am still bump free. Thank you.
