We feel so blessed to have met Paula Nelson for the sale of our rental property. Everything moved along methodically and quickly, and she is a really nice person. We were in a jam because our renter gave notice shortly before we were going on a long vacation out of the country. Also, we live about 470 miles away from our rental, so we were not able to meet with any inspectors or repair contractors ourselves. By chance we received a mailer from Paula right at the time when we were considering selling our rental. An added plus is that she was one of the original agents selling properties from the builder, so she was very knowledgeable of the house and property features.
