They really need to fix the store up. It is starting to look dingy, and not upscale like it used to be

DELIVERY IS TERRIBLE. They fired their delivery drivers and now use Doordash and other 3rd party apps who often cancel the order before showing up at the store. More frustrating, the Pavilions staff doesn't seem to notice, they don't call or refund your money unless you contact them. Last night was the 4th time it's happened to me, this afternoon no one from Pavilions has contacted me yet. The staff gathers your groceries, places them in a cooler for Doordash etc.to pickup. The Pavilions staff then GOES HOME at 6 PM. Doordash etc.then cancel your order and you're left hanging. Also, your frozen goods used to be delivered in a cooled truck; now they're delivered in someone's hot car. This is VERY unprofessional for a grocery store of Pavilions' supposed calibre. REHIRE YOUR DRIVERS. I'll also be submitting this to the Better Business Bureau.

My first time at this store. Large selection of alcohol products. The produce section felt strangely laid out. And not as broad a selection as I'd expect, but maybe that's because of the layout.
Friendly and helpful employees, clean and very organized aisles. A nice shopping experience.

Clean, not too busy in the mornings Polite and helpful staff, good quality produce and meat. Florist a little expensive.

Great stocks, but letting everybody in line waiting 30 minutes without having even a SINGLE person in?

This location is awesome. With all that's going on right now, this store is so well-managed! Safe spacing, individually cleaned carts, and just enough essentials to calm nerves.

Great customer service a little ways for me to make it my go-to grocery store but whenever I get a chance to visit I always take the opportunity to hit the olive bar!

Today I give it a 2. The virus is here everyone needs to shop get in get asap. I get in a line, girl in front of me didn't have a Pavilions Reward Card. The cashier swiped hers then proceed to set her up AT THE REGISTER WITH A LINE OF PEOPLE BEHIND for about 15 minutes. REALLLY NOW!

As a patron customer, today's experience topped the worst in many years.

As everyone else I was wondering when they will be restocking larger size water bottles.

I did not have luck until I saw an asian man with a Pavilion badge. It might of wrote manager/supervisor. He was walking fast.passing when I was about to ask a question. He never stopped and looked but refused to answer my questions. He gave me the impression that customers assistance was not as important than what he was about to go or do.

Wondering.was this an emergency.

Or.

Is this how a customer should be treated now?

During usually challenging times do we treat customer like third rate citizens?

This is one of the places that I miss so much now that I live downtown. When I was in the neighborhood this was my only grocery store. I actually went to the opening after a long year of construction. I have brought family from Europe to the store because it's just not like anything else. They call it a lifestyle store and it's true to its name. The staff is wonderful and if you go there regularly they will remember you. Great selection of fish meat and you cannot beat the produce here. All this in an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Make sure to go in the back corner and try the bakery, their stuff Rivals bakeries in Paris.

Yikes, trying picking up your phone. The pharmacy is way too understaffed. Shouldn't have to hold for 10+ minutes to speak to someone in the department!

Well organised, stocked and competitive pricing. Spicely Organic spice rack has everything you need to add flare and flavour to your dishes.

It has great groceries & staff, but it's a little high. Of course, now Target's prices are like Gelson's, so. Oh, also there was a product that I wanted, that the web site said that store had. They never heard of it until I showed them their web site!

THANK YOU! I have been a customer for over 20 years of this Pavilions location, even way before the beautiful expensive remodel. And I had to take a minute of my day to give PRAISES and THANKS to all the AMAZING EMPLOYEES that have worked at Pavilions. I am so honored and blessed to be able to shop and find the BEST DEALS for all my needs. And I DO SHOP! THANK YOU AGAIN!

This is a decent grocery store. They have a nice selection of wine and beer, and even hard liquor. Nice selection of fresh organic fruits and vegetables. They also offer many options for quick lunch or dinner in their food court. Also, there is a Starbucks inside, but these days where isn't one?

Decent and clean grocery store. I'm giving 3 stars because considering that the store is in the middle of hipster AF Los Angeles, the deli area (especially sandwich area) should have more vegetarian options, or more accurately, vegetarian options in general.

This is my go to grocery store in West Hollywood. The staff is friendly and are always a wonderful help.

Everything I love to eat n one place from pizza, chicken strips, corn, ice cream, donuts, Starbucks, bolthouse juices, kombucha drinks, and much more

I order a pizza when I show up the person that took my order just cancel it, just waste of time

Nice selection of groceries. Great deli. Store personnel are not very helpful or customer focused. Long lines and no response from management every time I shop there.
