Pavilions Motel, Santa Monica CA

This place is awful. There is no one at the rental office ever. If you leave something and come to get it back, the old guy will call you a thief without reason to. It is very dramatic and God honestly, the place has roaches and there is not any wifi really.

I'm letting you know this room was supposed to have a TV working it did not also if you do take it you pulled the comforter back the sheets on the bed had so much sand in it we left last night after he took the room and I turned to keep back in and we came back home which is Fresno California I am letting you guys know do not rent here I say it again do not rent here they do not give refunds if you decide not to stay in the room and it is not posted anywhere anywhere that do not get refunds

I stayed in room 1, and it was horrible. The room walls and doors was dirty. The bed blanket and towel was clean. Holes in walls, damaged ceiling, open pipes and electrical in bathroom and the bedroom. The AC worked good. The room was infested with roaches! I called front desk for bleach or roach spray and they told me "sorry can't do anything" and that a third party would need to do it. I didn't sleep I was up all night with ALL the lights on and TV on, squashing bugs; ALL NIGHT! I'M TIRED AF. The deposit for the key is a joke; NO ONE IS TRYING TO KEEP A KEY TO A ROOM LIKE THAT EVER, unless they just don't care. Never again. NEVER again.

I have never seen a more run down and shot out place. It would only be acceptable for half of the price they are asking maby.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I never thought I’d see a hotel room as bad as this one. I don’t know how they can get away with actually renting those rooms out to people.there was black mold all over the room. You could tell that the blankets on the bed had not been washed in a very long time. You see stains from other peoples fun on the bed.we bought a blanket to lay over the bed just so we could lay down until we saw roaches coming out of the TV (which did not work) and then we had to leave. From that point on all we felt, was roaches all over us, worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe this place is up to code! There’s no way.

The room was scary like right out of a horror film it smelled like a funky diesel truck driver who been driving for States and didn't wash his self they don't change the sheets there are no towels roaches there are roaches I left my food in the car

Do not ever come here. Filthy, noisy, no amenities. Owner has homeless in 80% of the rooms and talks about the need to kill people like this. It's not their fault this place is a horrid dump. It's the owner. Do not come here.

I'd rather be imprisoned incarcerated and locked up behind bars with a pinstripe suit.
