My dog Frani loves this place, and she has anxiety. Whenver we go here, she is always happy to see her fury friends. Also the staff is so sweet and always sends me pictures of her during the day.

Paw Sweet Paw is great! They have a large number of dogs on a daily basis, but they put your dog with a group that matches their energy level. My dog isn't very social so they gave her a break in a kennel before rejoining the group. I like that the play yards are indoors for weather purposes, but one of the yards also has outdoor access so your dog can use the bathroom outdoors.
It's a full service facility that offers vet services, grooming, and boarding, as well. Their facilities are clean and you can even watch your dog on a live feed camera!

PawSweetPaw provides services beyond the expectation. I feel safe knowing that I am dropping my dog to fun and clean environment, with friendly staff and vet hospital in house. I do not have to worry about packing food when boarding as they offer PawFoods, the best fresh meals and organic treats. My dog always leave happy and smelling good after every stay.

Terrific grooming for my golden doodle by Melissa at Spectrum and personable staff, who helped me to my car.

This is the first time that we used this place, my dog for a hair cut and a bath, my wife was very mad, the person that cut the hair did not do what my wife wanted, I think that a business should have trained personal so you can get the correct price. The place quote one price was $84.00 and when you go to get the dog is a higher by $20.00 because they had to trim the hair on the dog paws. I think that is part of the service, everybody does it for the same price of wash and haircut.

After 2 days after posting this, the manager call and apolagise because my dog was not qualify for the additional charge so he refunded the money For that I am changing the rating t0 a5

Called to complete the online registrations for my pets to board them and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I called again thinking that they forgot about my call and was immediately put on hold for another 25 minutes. Once I heard a possible response with barking in the background they hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and not worth the time or effort. Please take your pets elsewhere if you want to save yourself a headache.

I am so grateful I found Paw Sweet Paw! Being able to drop off my pup and know that he is being genuinely loved and cared for makes it so easy to bring him in. My experience with everyone has been wonderful, especially with Bella and Jimena. They are both so incredibly kind, helpful and treat my dog like he’s their own. Thank you to everyone at Paw Sweet Paw for all of your hard work every day!

Dog care is good, sociality is developed, and dog helpers are excellent in training. This is my dog's favorite place, Kangchu!

Management here is horrible. No one knows what they're doing. The owners should use the money they make to hire better staff instead of treat it as a profit focus business. These pets are our kids not for you to hoard and make profit with minimal care.

This all happened at the Jamboree location. (This is the short version of what happened) Had been coming here for months with my 9 month old golden retriever puppy up until 2 weeks ago. That is when I dropped him off on a Friday morning and within 20 minutes of leaving him, received a phone call that he was attacked by 2 other dogs there. Those two other dogs sent my puppy to the vet with multiple puncture wounds that required his fur to be shaved in multiple spots to apply the proper bandages to stop the bleeding. Horrific in and of its self. My biggest complaint here is that the management could not have cared less. After calling me to say there was an “incident” they said they wanted to send my dog to the vet at their spectrum location out of an abundance of caution, obviously I asked a million questions of what happened, how is he, what’s wrong to which they assured me it was no big deal. As I work in the office buildings in spectrum, I was able to beat them to the vet. When they finally got there with my dog (almost 45 minutes later) he was COVERED in blood. As a white English cream retriever it looked like he had come out of a horror movie. He head and ears had multiple puncture wounds, his thigh massively swollen with puncture wounds and two others on his back legs- he was terrified. ——— After stoping the bleeding and being provided antibiotics they said the manager should be calling me any minute. About 2.5 hours went by with no follow up until the “assistant supervisor” called and had zero information. The manager Daniel later called and gave some long winded response about a “rumble” in the big dog room and that not only my dog, another dog was attacked. My main question to them was “would those other dogs be allowed back? ” His answer “yes they are regulars” hell I was a regular, how do you let them back to the facility after an incident like this? They had no answers. We requested an incident report three separate times and have yet to receive one. The whole thing is wildly disappointing as we loved the place up until this complete and utter mismanagement and mishandling of the situation.

Our puppy could simply not be happier to go to here. The staff and facility are excellent: We recommended to all of our friends

Edit: our 10 month old golden retriever puppy was put in with the large dogs, which he has never been before. He’s extremely friendly, but not yet neutered (it’s not required here until 18 months). Within 10 minutes of dropping we off we got a call he was attacked by two dogs and they were taking him to the vet clinic. Very little details as to whether or not he was okay. We waited at the vet clinic for over an hour and finally learned he wouldn’t need stitches. Puncture wounds to his head, back legs and ears. His leg was extremely swollen from the bite also. The vet gave us antibiotics and ibuprofen and was nice, but she didn’t know anything about the incident. It took half a day to hear from an assistant manager and we couldn’t get any answers from her. Finally, we requested the manager call us, but didn’t get much clarity there either. The two dogs were brought out of the room briefly, but would be allowed back. They went after another young puppy after they attacked our dog and are still allowed back.

We will never be back and it’s unfortunate because our dog still loves other dogs, but the way the situation was handled and knowing those dogs are still allowed back, we can’t send our dog.
