This is my first time leaving a review, and I never thought I'd say this, but if I could give zero stars, I would. I ended up at this place because my regular spot was fully booked. When I went to pick up my dogs, I witnessed a groomer through the window treating a poor dog like it was an inconvenience rather than a living creature. She was brushing through its hair so aggressively, not even attempting to be gentle. While tearing through the tangled mess, she was also grabbing the dog's face and telling it to be quiet. I couldn't believe it, and when she saw me looking concerned, she didn't even flinch and continued being rough with the poor thing. To make matters worse, when I picked up my dogs, one of them was limping. Now, she can't squat properly to poop, struggles to run, and cries when she sits down. I have no idea what that groomer did to my dog, but I'm heading back tomorrow to get some answers. Sadly, now I also have to take her to the vet, which is a huge inconvenience. Please steer clear of this place. They clearly don't care about your dogs; they see them as nothing more than a paycheck. And to top it off, they cut my other dog's nails way too short; I can see the red blood vessels, and that part is extremely sensitive. Save yourself and your pets the trouble - find a more caring and competent grooming spot.

My dog's dad has been going to this groomer for years. Recently, my niece sent me a picture of my dog's dad. I must say he looks soooo much younger than my dog being my dog's dad. I decided to give it a shot. I called and spoke to Tanya. I told her that I wanted my dog to look like his dad. I have my dog's breed and his dad's name. She immediately knew who it was. She was extremely professional, kind and compassionate towards animals. I took my pooch in and sure enough he looks like his dad now. I 100% recommend this place based on their service, professionalism, how clean my dog is and how well of a job they did. Thank you, Tanya. You're the best.
