Great staff and groomers! Helped my little 7 month old Yorkie get over her disdain for baths! Lol!
This is the only place I have taken my dog since he was a puppy. We had a bad experience at another place before, but here not only he looks great but the attention and care are in another level.
Very pleased with the cut and treatment of my dog, and I loved how quickly my pup was done.

I had a very pleasant experience watching my little white cat, Molly, being expertly groomed and bathed. She had some nasty mats in her fur which were gently removed with great expertise. It was obvious the groomer really loves cats!
The staff always do an amazing job with my Pomsky. Her coat means everything to me and she comes home looking incredible every time. Highly recommend them as they are quick with service and pay attention to every request made!
The grooming service is great. Really love that they have an online reservation system with good availability.

We have taken our dog multiple times here and Luana does such a great job that we were very excited to have found her. Unfortunately as many yelpers have pointed out below, the customer service of this place has really deteriorated over the last few months. They have started behaving as if they are doing the customer a favor and everything is the customer fault. Today my husband reached the appointment 25 mins late as he was delayed in traffic and the person at the desk refused to take our dog very rudely. He offered to bring the dog back later anytime this or next week as our dog really needed the groom and Cleo told her that no appointment was available anytime soon and she doesn't care what state our dog was in. In her words "it's not my problem". This is a very rude stance to take against a dog who comes regularly where you don't even try to accommodate. My husband got angry, swore off the place and left.
I really wanted to pacify the situation as I like Luana and I saw many appointments available next week. So I called the place to reschedule and Cleo rudely told me that your husband said "he will never come here, why are you calling". I was almost speechless with how pathetic the customer service is. When I asked for a Manager I was told that I can email using the id on the website as the manager of the store "Carl" comes there only once a week and there is no way for Cleo to give him a message. Ummm.what? I am just appalled at how poor the customer service is and how a business can operate this way. They literally destroyed years of good relationship in one go.

This was the first visit to Pawsitively Groomed. I appreciated the ease of online scheduling, and the email confirmation and reminders in advance of the appointment. Check-in of my Golden Retriever was speedy, and he (and I) appreciated the calm environment. Toby was ready for pick up on time, and looks great. We will be back, and look forward to working with Priscilla again.

The two young groomers who worked on my senior dogs did a fantastic job and were very attentive and patient! Best cuts my bichons have had in a very long time! Will definitely be back. And they clearly love dogs.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I always wondered why my dog was so unhappy to get dropped off here! I thought they are professionals and actually care for the dogs but I’m very disappointed with my experience as they are very rude and care so little about the dogs and more about the money. I highly suggest looking into other places to take your dog because these little creatures cannot express how they feel through words to write up a review themselves!

Staff is friendly and they clearly enjoy what they do. Our dog really enjoyed his time at Pawssitively, and they seem expert at handly dogs.

Great salon in Burlingame. Not too hard to get reservations for my two huskies and they did a great job. They kept texting me to keep me posted on when they’ll be ready. Prices are very competitive with rest of Bay Area.
