Paycom's payroll system was very intuitive to use and a great tool to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. To integrated tools were simple to use and added a lot of value to our HRIS. We talked to Sam who showed us the many features that are available for any needs you may have. Recommend to anyone in the market for a new HRIS.

The last thing that hourly employees want is to spend another second while not at work correcting time card punches. Then they try to rip you off for. 2 hours if you're a 1 second off punching in for lunch. The finger scan with hundreds of employees doesn't work very well. The system is an hr nightmare.

Had a very good experience with this company! Technology was great and I worked with Sam who made everything so easy. Would definitely recommend!

My company I work for used this company and I was supposed to get paid before the holiday hit and all of a sudden their system wasn't working and they wouldn't get the problem fixed and allow for us to get paid on time we had to wait until the next week. Don't recommend using this company

Paycom's cloud based program is easy to use for admin and employees alike. However, their help centers are wildly unhelpful and sometimes take days to get back to you with information. If you reach out to a manager its unlikely you'll get a response at all. If you terminate services you will still be charged for them. I can't wait to switch payroll companies and I will tell everyone I know in the industry to stay far far away from this service.
