After seeing two other GIs that had partially resolved my issues, Dr. Khorrami had an idea to test me for SIBO, which I tested positive for and was treated for with antibiotics and now with probiotics. I can't remember the last time my stomach felt this good. Dr. Khorrami brought an idea to the table my other doctors had not considered and I am so grateful to him for it. On top of it all, Dr. Khorrami is very caring and has a great sense of humor. Based on my experience I highly recommend him!

I see all of the 5 star ratings. He must've fallen off, or had a bad day. I am launching a formal complaint in regards to Dr. Khorrami. He told me to "Eat Rolaids for the rest of my life and you have hemorrhoids. " Which is what I said to "him" coming thru the door. I had to find another doc. I realize everyone's experience can be different. He offered no alternatives.just a bill.

Firstly, I was able to get a video/phone appointment with Dr. Khorrami within a couple days, after reaching out to many gastroenterologists who couldn’t see me (even by phone) for several weeks. I can’t say how much I appreciated the haste with which i was able to get scheduled. Also, the woman who answered the phone/scheduled me, Kimberly, was very kind.
Dr. Khorrami was incredibly clear and thorough during my appointment and listened carefully to my symptoms and pre-existing conditions before making his recommendations. He answered all my questions and was extremely clear about how I should proceed and the decision-tree that would determine next steps based on test outcomes. I felt reassured and heard and that there was a clear course of action outlined very succinctly by the doctor. I recommend him highly and would absolutely return to him for future GI needs, even after the resolution of my current issue.

My experience at Dr. Khorrami's office was outstanding! Dr. Khorrami is extremely professional while at the same time maintaining a pleasant and friendly demeanor. He took the time to explain everything in detail (but not redundantly) to me and made sure I felt comfortable the entire visit. His staff is also very nice.
I am switching over to him as my primary doctor after my first visit and will be referring my friends to him as well. His office is very clean and calm, and I can't recommend his professionalism enough.
Thank you for the stellar treatment Dr. Khorrami!

He is always there for me and my wife. He has literally saved my life three times. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He must work 24 hours a day to do all that he does.

His staff is also fabulous.

Dr. Khorrami turned my medical condition from disastrous to reassuring and hopeful. Eleven months ago my health plummeted into the depths of real despair. I lost fifty-seven pounds. I was visiting the restroom at least fifteen to twenty times a day plus not to mention nausea, vomiting, pain and all the visits to the ER. In the worst possible way, I was becoming a frequent flyer, to the point that the ER staff would wave at me when I arrived. Besides energy, concentration, and hair I was also losing hope. I had seen four GI doctors, and none of them could give me a diagnosis or any effective treatment to control my symptoms that continued to become worse. Left to suffer in the darkness I was running out of options. For those who hurt with an extended illness, silence and solitude become an unwanted companion, most people including family don't understand the late nights not being able to sleep, pondering what is going to happen to you. In this state, I came to see Dr. Payman Khorrami. My first impression as I stepped into his office was magnificent: clean, well-organized, the design and aesthetics were flawless. Even before meeting Dr. Khorrami, I had a feeling my treatment was about to take a turn for the better. Dr. Khorrami was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns without rushing. I started to realize that Dr. Khorrami was the right choice. Right away he ordered some tests and scheduled an appointment for biopsies to be taken. I arrived for the procedure, and it went smooth. Dr. Khorrami visited me in post-op to explain what he observed and the next course of action. I finally felt some hope. Dr. Khorrami is a thoughtful, caring physician. When you are in his care, you do not feel like just another number, lost in the endless medical abyss, but a real person. He will never let you down or make you feel like you are struggling alone with your condition. He cares! It is with much gratitude that I highly recommend Dr. Payman Khorrami for your medical concerns. He is the best. I will be his patient for life.
