I switched from another website developer to PBHS. I was previously having a lot of problems getting a hold of my old website developer to make edits to my website. I called and emailed and did everything.no response from them after 4 weeks. I dropped them and switched to PBHS. They (PBHS) were much more responsive and communicated well what the design of my new website would look like. Jay guided me through the process and website contract and then passed me on to Eva (web designer) to help personalize my semi-custom site. Eva was great with helping me add and edit things to the site as I liked them. Everything has gone smootly to date and I am set to launch sometime in the next 2-3 days. Positive experience overall. I would recommend them to any healthcare provider who needs to refresh their old website to a new one.

Our dental practice has been signed up with PBHS for over 2 years now. We originally hired them to help us rebrand with a new logo and website as we transitioned into a brand new office and location. We also signed up for the SEO and Social Media package to successfully get the info we needed to the public for the transition. PBHS now does all things marketing and print for us and I always have a great experience working with them on specific projects. Alejandro designed our new logo and was so patient until we landed the perfect design. He has since designed several other logos for me and nails the exact look every time. I have been a client of PBHS for over 10 yrs now, i love all my team mindy, miranda and tasha, they are extremely knowledgeable and responsive.i love the fact that have never in all these year done any cheesy hard sell tactic of selling products, everytime i have had any questions about a product or service they have given me alot of facts and info and let me decide what i want to do, as well as give me recs as they have alot fo experience.i have only once had an issue where i was charged for service i never received they immediately escalated the situation and took care of it with no issues or problems and gave me a full refund.i have been solicited by many services but i dont think any of them will match the service, professionalism and knowledge of my team at PBHS.

BEEARE THE WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND HOLD YOUR WEBSITE HOSTAGE. I have seen very little growth in my business as a result of the SEO campaign and pay per click campaign designed by PBHS. They convert your website to their servers and then hold it hostage when you try to leave. Their communication with clients is non-existent and their service is severely lacking. I would highly recommend moving on to another choice for your SEO and marketing needs.
