PC Reps, Lakeside CA

A very generous PC shop that won't try to rip you off at every turn. Surprisingly well-priced parts, but nothing of poor quality. They are impressively thorough with diagnosis if you have computer problems. Matt himself seems very experienced with gaming PCs, and has a few custom-built ones for sale in the front.

My situation: When my newly-upgraded gaming PC stopped working, Matt diagnosed it for free. With no fuss, they gave it back to me so I could replace the faulty parts. After replacing the parts, I brought it back to him. He assembled it better than I ever could. I bought a new motherboard from him too since it was actually an incredibly good deal. The added labor cost was well worth it. The amount of work he put in actually astounds me, and he was in contact with me every step of the way via text.

This is a place I'll be returning to in the future for my family's computer needs.

I honestly couldn't be more happy with the service I have received from them. They are always offering more help! I have always had a decent handle on PC repair myself, but that was sadly 20 years ago. I am finding lots of the new stuff that that while I was able to solve myself ages ago has been a thorn in my side now. Matt quickly identified and solved the problems for me! His knowledge in gaming PC's is very in-depth and I am happy to go to him for information and new parts. Glad to support my local business when possible!

Went to them a few months ago due to issues I faced trying to install a new graphics card (4070ti). Very welcoming staff that gave me a full rundown on the process of what they needed to do and timeframe. They fixed my issues very quickly and my pc has been great since. Great local business for all your pc needs closest thing to a frys since they shut down and its awesome!

PC Reps were awesome. I still have a desk top and they were able to get me updated. Everything is working great. PC Reps were fast, efficient, and very professional.they were also very helpful to this not so computer literate senior citizen.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help with their computer.

Was kept informed as my computer was being fixed. Was given multiple choices on how to solve issues that was within budget and prompt replies to my inquiries. All in all good service and great work.

It was really good i went in to see if the computer was the problem but it was just my monitor! I brought my PC in and he plugged it into his monitor free of cost and looked through it to see what the problem was and it was fixed in like 10 minutes.

This place is fantastic. Seriously! Matt is the owner and Rose helps him with customer service. Both are beyond friendly and professional. They went out of their way to get me the proper fan for my old computer. Two other places I called just said "nope, don't have it". All that work for them to chase a 20 dollar part is above and beyond in service. Matt is fair and honest so give him the chance to service your computer. The shop is clean and organized and well lit. He does it all so give him a call.

Amazing! I had been searching all day for a sata power extension. They did not sell them. THEY GAVE ME 1 FOR FREE! How cool is that?

Matt and Rose go above and beyond to help me whenever I have a problem with any of my devices. They have also fixed issues on my cousin's computer and are building a desktop Office computer for my 92 year-old uncle. PC Reps is fantastic!
