DO NOT COME HERE! I just called to see if they have time today to fix my wire on my amp since it unplugged so my subs aren’t working and right when I said I wanna see if they have time today to.the guy just CUTS ME OFF WHILE I WAS TALKING and said NO WE DONT. I didn’t even get to explain myself. It was extremely rude! I’ve never even been here, so I recommend NOT GOING THERE! Go somewhere else if I were you. Very very rude

Today I had a great experience at Pch Audio. Great people, excellent work, and got my work done in a quick manner. Thank you. I know where to come back if I need something.

Today I was just driving down 7th st in Long Beach when I started getting tailgated by a car with very distinctive blue headlights. The car then changes lanes to its left, speeds up to get next to me and begins to drift into my lane while they're right next to me. They then speed up and illegally change lanes mid-intersection to cut me off, nearly hitting me. I honk and pump my breaks so I don't get hit and then I see the large rear windshield logo: PCH Custom Audio.

Here's some free business advice, stop driving in an unsafe, aggressive manner and represent your brand better. I'm sure your customer service could use some work as well considering your current rating.

These guys are clowns. In 2018 I had them install an amplifier and sub. That amplifier that they installed provided power to the existing speakers since it was a five channel amp. Recently I noticed that there was no sound coming out of my passenger door speaker. So I took it to these guys thinking the connection was bad or simply upgrade my speakers. They told me to bring it in so I did. They then told me they adjusted the amp so now the speakers work. Well they work but they sound terrible. I was unsatisfied so I dropped the car off 10am picked it 4 pm the next day told me it worked. Drove off and the speaker still doesn’t work. Long story short. They have no idea what they are doing. Don’t waste your time.

THESE GUYS ARE A-1. IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE THEY WILL BE SURE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT AND THEY MADE THINGS RIGHT WITH ME AND THATS GOOD BUISNESS

Overpried.they did a good job with my stereo, but I paid 800 for Tint and Car stereo.the Tint is already peeling when I got it 2 months ago.

To damn expensive for sloppy work. You'll see what I mean. They won't itemize their invoices. I gave them a list of thing I wanted done, never completed all the work yet expected payment. My stereo wasn't installed right the first time. I had to come back a second time. For an additional charge of course. This place taught me a lesson. Check the reviews before trusting them with your car.

Got my windows tinted here before they did a great job. But I called today to get some prices for the head lights and some tints on my wife's car. The guy who answered seem like he didn't want to answer my questions and when I asked for head light price he click.

Clean shop, great people, awesome! Customer service. Oscar answered all my questions and was very helpful. This location does very good work never had problems with tint quality or audio installation issues.i would highly recommend

Don’t trust these clowns, bought lights from these guys and they used electrical tape to secure them in place. Had to get the work redone 3 times before I gave up and just counted them as a loss. Worst place ever to get lights done and I’m sure there audio installations aren’t any better.

Do not recommend this place as they are only looking to make sales not to satisfy their customer.

They do a good job explaining the plan that they have to and the work they did. The price seems fair. They finish sooner than expected but they did not follow up to let me know.

Went to have a new alarm remote programmed. I’ve had it done in the past and it literally takes a tech 3 minutes to clear and reprogram the remote. Their asking price for this! 80 bucks! Sorry pal, looks like your competition will be getting my business from now on.

The tint here last less then 4 year and warranty don't cover the removal of the old tint. I paid 165 and I've seen better work!

Just would like to thank the staff at pch custom audio they did an awesome job. Best customer service I've come across by far I would highly recommend their services if you want a job done right and reiceve excellent service this is the place to go they meet every expectation!

This shop is by far the best place to go for a stereo system upgrade. The staff is really helpful! I think there names are Jason and Derek. I came by just to get a quote, and walked out with a very good deal.coming back here next weekend for window tint and flip down TV.

I came in to the store today with a problem with my alarm that I had bought about 4 months ago and I had lost my receipt I expected to have a problem being I didn't have my receipt but Jason took care of it with no hestation now I'm a believer that Pch custom audio really cares about their customers

Management is awesome and they are so helpful and knowledgeable there.
Why would you want to go anywhere else.
Just saying.

These guys were very helpful, customer service is on point. I came in for an issue with my breathalyzer and these guys upgraded my sound system.
