I set up an appointment to test drive a car a week in advance. They sent me an automated text to confirm the appointment for Sunday, Nov 5 @ 10 am. I confirmed. They sent another text on Saturday to confirm the appointment again, which I did. I showed for my appointment, but noone was there. The office was closed. What a waste of time.

Just hung up with Ethan. If there was an option here to give no stars then that is what I would have chosen. They advertised a 2011 BMW 3 series for 5998.00. I asked if that price was negotiable and he said, "no". I asked if the tax was 10% and he said he would calculate the, "out the door price". He came back with almost 2,000.00 higher than the "firm" price. $7900.00+. He said because they add a LoJack security system. Then he said he wasn't sure if this car actually had a LoJack system. The car has a factory installed security system. I said we would pay his listed, advertised price. His exact words were, "Thanks for your offer. " and then he just hung up on me. My offer? I was only confirming that we would pay what he was asking plus the legal taxes. Ethan here is EXACTLY why the general public does not trust car salesmen. This guy and his dealership are beyond DISHONEST.

I do not recommend this reseller car this not a dealer

I drove 50 miles, Nathen was so busy on video calls with other customers

the Chevrolet cruise saw online looks so different on picture, car dirty in/ outside, broken dashboard, front and bak bumper popping up

Test drive was showing not smooth for low miles car

inspected a Passat, same, engine oil dirty

Be aware this is not a dealer, he is located inside business center, the cars are parked near other offices cars, kind of calling his customer sellers last minute

A dealer by law has to do multi points car inspection before a final sell

I will rate zero if I could not one star.

Please don’t purchase from here. The car broke down as soon as I pulled off the lot. He failed to inform me it was a salvage vehicle. Now I’m over $10,000 in repair debt and in painful litigations. He illegally passed the brake and light test and stopped answering my calls when I asked about the car’s issues.
All I wanted was a reliable presentable vehicle and now I’m back on public transportation bc the transmission failed. I don’t want this to happen to anybody else. The good reviews must be paid!

These people are snakes, frauds, liars and thieves. I purchased a car with problems that were masked. Two months later I had to shell out $2400 to repair miss firing spark plugs, damaged coils and I could have a possible catalytic converter issue. Don’t buy from these guys. They are crooks. I actually give them no stars.

Drove up from San Diego to check out a car. Ad on offer up as well their website failed to mention that the car was on a salvage title. Adverts stated a clean title.

Went to check out some cars, all the cars were either very badly hastily repaired (bumpers not matching in color and felt like sandpaper, trunk lids not sitting flush, evidence of very bad bondo work) or things like dash clusters not working etc.assuming all the inventory is all accident damaged auction cars fixed for the lowest buck trying to flip

I purchased a mini cooper back in August 2022.since then i have spend over 3500$ in repairs. Dealer wont return my calls.
Anyhow, my only advice to the next buyer at this so-called Dealership is ******BE AWARE******** have the car check first by your mechanic.
