Great atmosphere, great staff, and there is security is on duty when the manager isn’t on site. Makes me feel safe and at home on days like that.

The real house roaches of San Diego meets the KarCrackians. Seriously tho, I don’t know how this place is open with all the crawlers everywhere.

Affordable prices in East Village Downtown. Friendly staff to have around the Peachtree. If you are in need of a studio unit i recommend this SRO!

The Peachtree Tree has the best deals downtown. The Office staff is super friendly & always willing to help, the maintenance staff is the best and always completes any work orders in a timely manner. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a nice SRO apartment.

The Peachtree Inn represents the best value for the money if you are looking for a no-frills, secure, clean place to rent for short or long term. Just finished major remodel and run by friendly, responsive, competent management. Gated parking for autos and motorcycles downstairs. Laundry washing and drying machines on-site. Bus stop out front. Vending machines in lobby for snacks and quick sandwiches. Very quite at night.

Great staff and great security. The staff are very helpful and want what is best for you and willing to work with you so that you have the best stay.

Peachtree Inn Is has the best cheapest rates going in downtown for all the utilities included and fully furnished, you can't beat it. It's literally walking distance from the stadium so you can enjoy your stay and catch a baseball game. They are also in the heart of downtown, if you enjoy the party life you'll love it! Management is also really great and understanding with any questions or concerns you have about the place. Overall Peachtree Inn Is just the place to be.

New management is wonderful. Sal salas has made Peachtree inn a very safe and secure place to live. The maintenance workers are so fast and very much help. Everyone who works in the main office are very nice and helpful. The security guards are also amazing. They are very nice and helpful.

The management at Peachtree is awesome. They’re very approachable, personal and always take care of their clients. Saul always goes above and beyond.

Peachtree is a good places to work always something new comes up everyday, its a chill environment very teamwork oriented.and the work flexibility is the best I ever had in my life as long as your responsible and do your job if an emergency comes up they will be there for you and help you in any way possible

So I've lived here for the past 2 years, if I didn't give my input- here goes - I am a single, working woman, that basically comes home here shower's & sleeps, and does it all over again - the complaints I've seen- this is not a bad place if you just mind your business - I have lived in studio apartments that's not much better - yes bugs can be a problem (if you keep clean, not much worries,) & occasion noise (what apartment doesn't) I'm happy here - as a single woman I feel safe- no Peachtree isn't The Best (go buy another apartment for $ 1300 it's also certainly not the least best * my only concern is no oven so can't can't cook much- freezer either - but with me working doesn't matter much anyway

Horrible place to live. Rooms are very small over price. The male manager is not a nice guy. He is horrible. This place sucks

This building is infested with bed bugs, and roaches. The front desk staff are useless, and do not help. To add insult to injury, they raised the rent. I moved out with a quickness. Do not rent a room here!
