I was extremely disappointed with Dr. Miramontes’ bedside manner. I didn’t feel acknowledged or respected as a patient/customer or even as a person. I felt like just a number. There was also a mixup with scheduling which was very inconvenient. I get that mistakes happen, but I felt that she completely invalidated my concerns. There was no empathy whatsoever and no attempt at service recovery. Had I been acknowledged and treated with more respect, I would have definitely returned to this provider. However, now I will be looking elsewhere. I’ve never had this issue before here. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the reception and MA staff were so sweet.

I will not go back to this medical practice. What I thought was routine physical exam turned into Dr. Mahn not listening and immediately wanting to do some exams I didnt feel comfortable with. When I explained that I did not want to do that he threw a fit and said that's what I scheduled. Very unprofessional, never listens, and has told me numerous times that I am too young to experience these issues.

Horrible, receptionist was beyond rude, they don’t allow a family member to accompany a person that’s hurt or in need of medical care… I would rather treat my own broken arm or stitch up my own wound before I would have them do anything. I’ve never had a positive experience at this place!

Do not come to this money grabbing good for nothing place. Absolutely useless. Spent more time in lines, outside in the cold, than i did with the doctor. And she definitely was the punchline of the joke. Go to a real doctor. Same money save time.

Took my son for a wrist injury, unfortunately had to see Dr. Brough, after looking at the xray she said no breaks and it was sprained. Received a letter 3 weeks later saying their was something wrong. No phone calls from urgent care or the Dr, found out his wrist is fractured.

Very poor experience here. Attempted to become a new patient and went through a three week eligibility period where they reviewed my insurance I guess and then was told everything was fine and was given an appointment date two weeks out. The day of my appt they call me and cancel and say they don't like my secondary insurance and it would be impossible to be seen and I'd need to go elsewhere even though they supposedly already approved. They also mentioned something regarding a previous hospital visit I had on file before I had given them access to my medical records which I thought was very unusual and intrusive. Definitely better options out there in Fresno or Clovis with more professional and courteous staff that won't waste your time finding someone that actually can help you. Perhaps the doctors make up for the staff but I would not know.

I'm a new patient here. I've called three times. Each time I call, I'm told to call another number. When I call that number, I'm told the office is closed or hours are different or they are at lunch or some other excuse.

I'm sorry I left Kaiser.

Wasted all that time and gas because their own website says urgent care closes at 8pm. On the door it says 5pm. Gee thanks. I had to waste $20 in gas to drive all the way down to read it. They have a giant banner 10 feet away frim the sign on the door that says they close at 6pm. Thanks for once again proving you think others' time is invaluable.

My whole family has primary doctors at Peachwood. Even during the pandemic the pediatricians, internal medicine offices and the urgent care have been really wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Very pleasant people every time we visit.

Stay out of the Urgent Care: if you have anything that resembles Covid, you’re going to need a negative test and on the weekend they don’t have anyone to do the testing. This explains the empty parking lot, everyone had to go somewhere else.

During the week their testing closes at 4 pm but they are open until 6 pm, so your up the creek without a paddle.

I recently chose peachwood as my new medical provider on the recommendation from several friends. I need prescription medicine for high blood pressure. My insurance pays for 1 medical exam a year. Unfortunately Dr Maan has decided to force me to have 4 exams a year to get my medication, 3 of which I would I have to pay for, instead of letting me have refills on my prescription. I was told this was peachwood policy, when I asked to see the policy I was told this was Dr Maans policy for me. Guess I’m finding a new doctor.

I needed a new family doctor and was hesitant due to the ratings. However, I scheduled myself first and had a good experience. I needed blood panels and have had to reschedule my next visit until blood work was done. The receptionist was understanding and worked with my schedule. I scheduled my son due to how fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and caring my doctor was. His visit was just as good and any specific blood work I wanted for my son, he ordered. I see that most the reviews seem to be due to being sick and being dismissed due to a required covid test. I'm not sure how rules are set up, the shortages they are also probably experiencing, compiled with the frustration with mandates. But our experience was wonderful. I'm going in on an emergency today, and we'll see if it's any different compared to a regularly scheduled doctor's visit.

Nice place maybe. Walked in just before 4pm, spent 10-15 min filling out paperwork, was told needed covid test, but, "sorry- out testing facility is closed now.

Well, you go in with a sinus infection that's gone respiratory, you won't get in without a negative covid test. Don't waste your time with a home test. They want to test you. Just another way for them to make money. Billing the insurance for a covid test makes them money. They don't actually care about people here and they are quick to show it. Sure it's a pandemic, but so was the flu. You don't need a negative flu test to get into places. Just a fast way to make money and delay patient care. You aren't a priority, your funds are. Went to another urgent care and left with antibiotics and no hassle. Don't bother with the administrator. She doesn't care either.

Then I stop by to talk to them on a Monday about my prescription by the Urgent care Doctor and still not sending the prescription to be fill: (to the Pharmacy////////

Terrible customer service and not very attentive im extremely disappointed im going to be switching providers i needed to get my child Covid tested and they were not very cooperative at their urgent care maria was extremely rude and just flat out unhelpful.
