It’s four star because handicap individuals had to wait outside the building over an hour. Otherwise inside the theater and the sound system was wonderful.

Sound was not good, was not clear and quality of sound for the second time was poor couldn’t understand singer

Attended The Game Awards here, great theater with really good acoustics and comfortable seating.

I went for game awards it was confusing to get to our seats, but there was help right around the corner overall vert good

Theater is very nice and the seats are very comfortable. Would give 5 stars just for the parking options around the theater. Docked a star because its annoying they allow you to bring a water in and they sell food but allow literally nothing in the theater. Not sure if it was just the show I saw but its pretty annoying. They also closed concessions very early for a 4 hour show.

I just spent $45 on 4 water bottles, and some candy from the snack bar inside the lobby of the theater for my group at the game awards, and when I got back to my seat security made me throw all of it away.waste of money.

Very good view for concerts, I think any seat has a good enough view for the price of the tickets. The only bad thing is that if your view is obstructed by the heads of the people in front, but if you are going to an event where everyone is standing, this may not be a problem or the situation may get worse.

The bathrooms in December 2023 were quite clean and there are quite a few cups so there was never a line to go to the bathroom

We recently attended the Genshin Impact Concert at this venue and while the event itself was exceptional, our experience was marred by a service issue. Despite the promise of a complimentary in-game gift, we were overlooked during distribution. When we approached the staff about this, the supervisor's response was unexpectedly dismissive, insisting that no guests had been missed. This oversight was particularly disappointing for my girlfriend, a passionate fan of Genshin Impact, who was looking forward to the virtual gift. While the concert was a delight, the handling of this situation left a bittersweet taste in our memories of the evening.: ' (

I bought tickets for the concert on the 2nd floor balcony to be seated and it is the third time that they change them to the floor below where people stand and they don't let you watch the show comfortably AXS they don't give a damn take it or leave it luckily call to my bank and canceled the transaction and they gave me my money back RELOCATE my money to my account

This was during the Genshin concert. They're bad at handling lines. I was close to the entrance as I had lined up at 5 (an hour before doors opened) and they sent us to the back of the same line that happened to line up long enough to the other side of the theater and they didn't verify at where it went. There was no one to ask nor get directions. I waited an extra hour and turns out the line went back where I was originally and it really soured me. I don't understand how they're paid to do this and just be really bad at line management.

Also, the show had already started and there were still so many people outside! Why didn't they open their doors earlier for the number of people attending?

On top of that I was trying to buy merch after the show and they weren't up to date on the stock list. Otherwise I would've left the line earlier. Just really upset all around at how this show was handled the entire evening. From this experience DON'T LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE MANAGING THE LINES. They don't know left from right. Trust your own judgment.

I had a great time at the event held at the Peacock Theater. It was well organized and clean.

I went for a comedy show and had great seats, so seating will make a difference for you at this venue, it's quite large, and you have to do some walking from parking structures to the venue as well as inside, for you ladies in stilettos so be mentally & physically prepared.

Bravo! The Peacock Theater truly deserves a standing ovation!
