An amazing company to do business with. From HVAC, Generator, wireline, and renewables they approach everything in a seamless and professional manner. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional. And from what I hear their management team is supportive and reliable. An all around great company. One of the best in the nation.

Hired for what suppose to be a 7 yr.project turned into 2 mo.and no other work available. You really need to consider other opportunities if your looking for long term employment. This is common for Pearce to be in and out of work. They claim on the website to be one of the leaders in the telecommunications industry which is definately false advertising.

Worst company ever.no good salary. They just out source their work in India for cheap labor. You have to beg to HR for increment in salary even after 1.5-2 years of services.
Work environment: worst working culture. Daily you have to work like 12-13 hours, even weekends to give the project on time.while they give salary for 8 hours of work only so always there is a lot of pressure on employee. HR just enjoys exploiting employee without any increment in salary.
They give lucrative offers to candidates for joining the company and don't fulfill any. Don't fall in their trap. Only join if you want worst working culture and poor package.

I am working with Pearce-Services for past 3 years. The amazing work culture is the major highlight of working at Pearce. People work as a team and are always ready to help each other. There is no internal politics inside the organization which means if you perform well your work will definitely get recognized. Most of the promotions are done from within the team (there are no "Helicopter Landing" for Management positions as well) which motivates each and everyone to perform well.

The thing I love the most here is the work culture and environment. The hunger for the work to be done with precision is amazing in employees here. All the colleagues, staff and upper management are like a big family.

Pearce-Services has been performing OSP engineering for me for several years and I am always satisfied with the quality of their work. They are professional, responsive, and dedicated to their craft.

Unprofessional, unethical, abusive management all the way up to the CFO. They lose contracts like my grandma does her glasses.

Working for Pearce Services has been a great experience for me. The best part of my job is that most of the time, the office is buzzing with activity and there is never a dull moment. People are motivated to get certified and get on board on new projects. Latest softwares are being acquired/rented to bring effectiveness and efficiency in the process. The flexibility to work from home or office when emergencies arise is a great add on. The highly lucrative incentive/ bonus program is also an add on.

Worst organization ever, please don't join them as an employee, exploit employees as best they can, and they fake it to appraise their work, they are close to doing nothing positive, God bless them, doing business with them is extremely risky man, take your own risk if you do so. They carry micromanagement, previously did it with US employees, now started doing the same in Indian organization. They must be banned for forever to work in India. They can even fake Embassies, just to get their trips finalized, be careful before joining them guys!
