I love love this Nail studio. It’s clean, beautiful, and all employees are friendly & accommodating. My favorite nail person is Clara. She is careful & kind. I get a pedicure here.

I used to come here a lot and liked it, but recently it’s gone very downhill. My pedicure was good but the gel manicure was not to be believed. Worst gel manicure I’ve had in recent memory. The salon only uses a random brand of gel (very cheap quality) and after a week it just completely peeled off. Additionally the nail technician didn’t seal the ends right, so I came back to get an extra coat on top just to salvage what was left and they did a bad job patching it. Looks aside, that coat barely hung on as well! Just a horrible quality brand of gel. I Really can’t recommend this place. And if you do come definitely do NOT get gel! Huge waste of money.

In dont understand why this place is so highly rated. Ive never had such a rushed pedicure. Dont go to the older lady. My polish is streaky and the pedi was half as$ed.

Needed to get my nails done for a wedding this weekend so I stopped in for a mani pedi. The salon is very clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and I felt really taken care of! I had two people helping me and I felt they both really took their time and were very thoughtful. Excellent service! I will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Seek and you shall find! I moved to Rancho Cucamonga and visited 6 nail salons and not one of them gave me what I needed! Let me say the drive was well worth it! I’m so happy that I finally found my nail salon home!

Horrible. She made me bleed. Hurt me, I'm still in pain. The paint job and clean up are a hot mess. So disappointing. I can't believe that I paid for this s**t.

Super clean, felt super safe. When they weren't working with a client they were cleaning.

Instead of shaping & triming my eyebrows, she removed them! I'm 63 yrs old with no eyebrows now! When they do grow back they'll be completely grey!

Covid-19 review. I've been here before covid-19 and really wasn't too impressed and thought it was overpriced. I didn't feel that my normal nail shop was taking the proper precautions when they reopened so I searched for a shop that I would feel safe in. After calling and driving in front of several shops (watching them answer the phone from my car while I asked questions) I felt pearl nail would be safe. I FELT SAFE AT ALL TIMES DURING MY APPOINTMENT. You have to make an appointment, no walk-ins They take your temp at the door. You have to fill out a form acknowledging you don't have each symptom separately while providing your DL# & cell phone #for contact tracing in case there is any cases for tracing and tracking (this helps to keep it from spreading and a necessary step so many are skipping). They have you use sanitizer at the door (there are bottles of sanitizer at each station and throughout the entire shop). There were only 3 customers max while I was there and masks are required by all not just the employees. It was worth the extra money to feel safe and they did a better job then before. Maybe because you can't get your hands and feet done at the same time. I never liked that anyway because they contort you for their convenience to service as many clients as they could so I welcomed that change anyway! I felt so safe I made an appointment for a friend's in the susceptible group and she felt safe too! GREAT JOB PEARL NAILS SETTING THE EXAMPLE!

Came in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. Pedicure was okay, nothing special. The polish colour was diluted with a solution to stretch it out so not surprised the pedicure didn't last as long as any other pedicure I've gotten done in my life. However, I will say the woman who did my pedicure was friendly. The man (Kevin, I think that was his name) doing my manicure seemed rushed and wasn't very attentive. The most upsetting part was the feel of my nails walking out of the nail salon. I knew something seemed off as it wasn't hard but rubbery. Less than 2 days later, the gel polish was peeling off like regular polish. I frequently get gel manicures and I have never experienced this type of peeling. I got my nails done right before flying out to go on holiday so it was quite frustrating to have to get them redone so soon after (2 days later). The quality of polish and services were disappointing. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Way to expensive and the people there dont engage the customers. Just sit down, no talking, and pay

I’ve been coming here ever since My friend Danny told me about this place and referred me to his best nail tech Kevin, Well it’s been a couple of months and I’m still driving from La habra OC área to Long Beach atleast 2xs a month for my nails! And I love it the place is so clean and nice and the drinks Oman they’re delicious and the music while your there yea makes it a good place to go relax and have ur nails n toes done aft a long week of work‍️

My mother and I have been going here for several years, and even throughout multiple owner and staff changes have stayed loyal, unfortunately the most recent owner and management change has really turned the service of this establishment into a different place. The staff is not friendly and kind, service is not consistent and reliable, and we have had some instances of very rude behavior. After years of only going to Pearl Nail we have decided to find a new place.
