What a great seafood market. Everyone was extremely helpful, provided suggestions upon request and preparation ideas. They suggested the John Dory, which we sauteed with a lemon butter caper sauce and it was amazing. Also got some giant shrimp and clams, both were awesome!

Best fresh fish in OC! Authentic, customer oriented and always nice selection. Perfect place for getting the best quality of fish for ceviche!

In an unassuming shack on the water in Newport Beach lies this seafood oasis. My wife sent me here to get some spotted prawns and it was a great experience. You park in this dock area and walk down this plank to a floating store/dock/boat. It was cool. The inside was fairly small, but you know it had all sorts of fresh seafood. I was here for the shrimp and grabbed a net and the person helped me pick out some larger prawns for me to bring home. They were fresh and jumping all over the place. It's a little pricey, but that's expected for this fresh of seafood. Recommend coming here.

Always great, Sword fish and tuna usually available. Local crab season brings in some small shells.

Prices are reasonable, medium level. Not a restaurant only a market.

The people that work here are super friendly and helpful. The seafood is fresh and the prices are pretty good. We usually make the trek out when spot prawn is in season and it has always been worth the trip. Just make sure you call ahead to hear what is available.

This place is not inexpensive at all, but the freshness of their seafood. Worth it! People are also really helpful.
