Really disappointed in my experience. I went in ready to buy a truck and the online prices are not what they gave me. Truck was listed for 29k online, showed up and they wanted 36k for it. Shady way to do business, list the true prices online like every other dealer. Play games worse than any dealership I've been too, stay away. Edit: I've filed a complaint with the FTC, I recommend anyone who's had this experience do the same. I've seen tons of people saying the same, let's hold them accountable.

Confirmed the OTD price of a car with Alexis over the phone. Drive halfway there and got called by back by a sales rep who said he couldn't sell the car for that price. Waste of time. Their sales are bogus and are just there to bait you to come in to the dealership.

I bought my Nissan at Pedder. Anyways, O My GOD now I understand why my factory warranty co. Can't and has a hard time even speaking with Enterprise to get a car while mines in shop. Im serious Pedder Nissan guys HATE dealing with Enterprise, every car dealer there hates the front desk! I finally got a FREE rent a car because of the horrible Customer service. Only 1 guy has a HORRIBLE attitude! He's hung up on me, he is so just all the time rude. I HERD threw my co. What the situation is. Anyways it seems that he takes all his problems to work with him? Becoming an As$ to everyone. I was shocked on how mean he is. If it wasn't for that particular white middle aged guy, YUCK, the other young guy is cool. I just don't understand why they haven't done something about the service. (Take a hike) I HATE THAT PLACE. Yuck

Internet Manager Kenny Clack and Tommy Pillow where amazing. They gave me a beautiful car with a wonderful interest rate. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends.

The only reason I didn't rate you higher was that after we reached a deal and were told we would see finance in about 25 minutes. It turned out to be almost 90 minutes. We almost walked out. Everyone was busy having hot dogs and hamburgers.

Another bait and switch dealership! I called them this morning asking about an advertised vehicle sale price and wanted to ensure if there were any other "dealer fees" to the MSRP price, and not to my surprise there is a "Pedderprotection" plan that is required on all vehicles! What is going on with these dealerships? This is the second Nissan dealer that required their "protection package" is an add on to the MSRP price. Shady business practice. They employ these tactics to get people in the door. They need to be transparent with their pricing they advertise and STOP wasting consumers time!

PEOPLE: Report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) if you experienced bad business practices! False advertising is a shady tactic that needs to be reported. I've submitted a complaint but the more people who report these incidents the more likely an investigation will be launched against these businesses.

I had my oil changed they did a good job there were very quick and efficient I got out before midday.purchase a 2022 Nissan Frontier I got a great deal

The service department tried to rip me off with a 1000 dollar repair for a leaking radiator cap saying I needed a new radiator. Watch out for Jose the crooked mechanic.

Called up to get some new front mats. They wanted $150 for all four mats, cannot buy two.
Went to Ross and got lucky, they had four heavy duty rubber mats with the rug built in the bottom part. Very heavy and very good looking. 19.99 worth every penny!

Matthew provided great customer service, and I really appreciated getting the
Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection report I don't recall getting these in the past.

They did the maintenance on our car. However the cost was out of control. Recently I had gotten a complete brake system which included a flush. However, one of the things they recommended on their 22 point, was to get a brake flush. I know they had record that it was just done… “but let’s squeeze this in there too. ”

I will not go back there again.

I'm always in and out when I go to Pedder. They take care of my car and return it washed. Fast service. David is one of the service reps, he always gives me one on one customer service. This is the reason I will continue to always come to Pedder. Thanks for everything!

I called to make sure they had the car we were interested in for the price advertised. Didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. Drove 40min. Alexis was not available at the time of our appt and the car that was promised wasn’t either. Unacceptable.

No repair was performed-but I had an inspection for future repairs and an estimate made. I was also informed about what I paid for the inspection going to repairs if done with in a time frame.

I honestly have to thank and say the team here did everything they could possibly do. They worked hard trying to find me the best deal possible, from searching in other dealers for the car model and price point i wanted to a good negotiating in my interest. I took home a beautiful car (kicks sr) with a great deal. Thank you Kyle for all your hard work and achieving a great deal for me.

Had a good experience with sales team Eddie. Super friendly and talkative. Able to haggle a bit for a better deal with finance. Only downside was time spent there

Brandon was my salesman, returned all my calls, he was very professional, I am a very difficult customer i do not trust salesman. He did not screw around with me, he shot straight. What more can you ask for. I would buy another car from him. That should say it all
